This is one of the worst cheats in retail business.
I bought car compressor the other day. The two show persons on the TV were claiming MRP.1999/- and that they are giving 70% discount al@599. When I tried to purchase I was asked to pay for delivery of ₹100. I paid it. Fine. I checked after the payment and found that the same compressor was sold in other websites at ₹299. I made the mistake of not checking it before purchasing. Now when I tried to cancel it, it was not possible. That was just 5 minutes after purchase.
Worst part is when I received the compressor the MRP. was written 999. I wanted to file an FIR for business fraud, but since I didn't record any conversation I just left.
Please don't buy any product from this website.

IF THERE IS ZERO RATING I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT BUT HERE ONE STAR IS MINIMUM SO I AM GIVING THAT.

1. I purchased a "kneecap" and later found it was defective and raised the complaint for the same for which they replaced with a "ems foot massager" which wasn't worth for the money I paid and also again itwas a defective product again which hot received for the second time also.
2.Again recently I purchased a "35 songs in 1 device" which is also a defective product instead of 35 songs only 1 song is playing in it (I.e., Gayatri Maha mantra only). Tried reaching to the customer care there is no proper response neither proper customer support.

I would request not to cheat people like this showing false add in naaptol advertising channels, when you can't provide a proper customer product to the customer nor a proper customer service. I would rate as 1 as the least in the service in the market for which the naaptol is providing service compare to other providers such as amazon or flipkart. I would request atleast now to refund my money back if possible don't again say to raise a complaint for the same as it is waste of time and also as there is zero response from naaptol customer service.

I ordered for for six pcs. bowls and 3 pcs. spoon for Rs. 600/-. I made the payment and on opening the the bax I received 3 Bowls and 3 spoons, # Bowls were missing. Ridiculous. Nobody to attend the complaint, My mobile no. is 9814709444 Ashok Malhotra

क्योंकि टीवी पर कुछ दिखाया जाता है और कस्टमर के घर में कुछ भेजा जाता है जो कि बेहद कंपनी के लिए शर्मनाक है।

और डिलीवरी के नाम पर कंपनी द्वारा ₹101 प्रति ग्राहक से वसूला जाता है।

हमारा ऑर्डर नंबर 8055 9702 था जो कि N95 मास्क 10 पीस पैक के लिए किया गया था जिसमें की कंपनी द्वारा बेहद घटिया किस्म के मास्क भेजे गए हैं जिन मास्क की मार्केट में कीमत एक रुपए या ₹2 हो सकती है
ना ही पैकेट पर कोई बारकोड है
ना ही कोई आईएसओ या किसी तरह का सर्टिफाइड नंबर है
न ही प्राइस अंकित है
वह कुछ मास्क डिफेक्टेड हैं
इस बेहद लापरवाही के लिए कंपनी के शीर्ष में बैठे हुए अधिकारी जो कि ऐसे कृत्य करवाते हैं उनके लिए घोर निंदा करता हूं।
व उनके घटिया काम के लिए उन्हें शर्मिंदा होना चाहिए
साथ ही अवगत कराना चाहता हूं कि मैंने कस्टमर केयर में कई बार कॉल किया जिसमें
अभिषेक, राहुल, सार्थक से बात हुई वह इनके अलावा कई लोगों से मेरी बात हुई उन लोगों ने फोन को काट दिया वह मेरी पूरी बात नहीं सुनी
कस्टमर केयर के लोग बेहद गलत तरीके से बात करते हैं वह आधे से ज्यादा लोग धमकाते हैं जो कि बेहद गलत है
मेरा कंप्लेंट नंबर 49490982 दिनांक 15मई 2021 को 12:22 पर मेरे द्वारा किया गया था पर उसके उपरांत किसी का फोन ना आने पर मैंने आज जब बात की तो पुनः मिस्टर सार्थक कस्टमर केयर अधिकारी हमें धमका रहे थे वह उनका बोलने का ढंग ठीक नहीं था।

It is very disturbing to note that the site which offers so many products and gives advertisement for long hours is absolutely useless and good for nothing. I don't have words to describe the cheap standard of the products and then misbehaviour of the customer care which speak for themselves with out giving any solution and disconnecting the call. I ordered a 'gas o grill' tandoor worth (800 plus 200=1000) two months ago. After seeing the cheap quality of the product I returned the product and demanded the money back. I contacted them a number of times for refund but to no avail. They are not refunding and giving different other product options which are really of extremely low standard. I am in total confusion and left with no option than to get get something stupid for my blocked amount. Kindly do not become a fool by the misleading advertisement. This is a worthless, useless site with absolutely no standard.

Very bad experience with Naaptol, first ordered for stainless steel product, got to know about the quality of the product after received, so bad quality it was, called many times to the customer care for refund, but got only the voucher after calling up many times, and even they didnt share the information that the voucher can be used only once and even if order any product of the lower price than the voucher value, the voucher will not be retained for the balance amount. When i thought of ordering the other product for the balance amount, then they are saying that the voucher is valid only for once and it is the mistake from the company said for not sharing the information and apologies form them but no reversal of the amount. Atlast lost the balance amount. Naaptol is a cheating company which ever been seen. So please donoto go for Napptol for any products. Order id - 76139951 &

I book one black colour sandal for my father, But they send brown colour of the same. We called atleast 6 to 7times of there customer care and they said that we will bought back and give the black colour but now almost 2weeks over they dnt do the same and keep saying the same like within 3days we will send, This is the 1st experience also, They dnt have black stock and they send the brown colour intentionally cheaters. Atleast you guys take back the brown sandal, we dnt need that. Everyone dnt book any thing from naaptol, mostly like old people fall because of seeing there adds in television.
