Am rezevat excursia in jurul insulei Zakynthos. A fost o excursie cu o croaziera alb-albastra, care parea a fi una interesanta in momentul cumpararii biletelor. Insa realitatea a fost total diferita.
De la inceputul excursiei baile erau foarte murdare si wc-urile infundate.
Atmosfera era una foarte plictisitoare deoarece muzica nici macar nu se auzea.
Femeia care se ocupa de suvenirurile cu poze, daca nu cumparai, te intreba "de ce?" Apoi mergea si arunca acele suveniruri cu ciuda ca n-ai cumparat.
La ultimul etaj nu este deloc umbra, iar excursia se face cand este soarele cel mai puternic.
In schimb, insula este foarte frumoasa pe partea de Vest!
Nu recomand aceasta excursie cu acest vapor vechi! Ni s-a spus ca este renovat, insa nu arata deloc a renovat. Poate excursia cu celalalt vapor (galben cu inscriptia "my tour" este mai ok, insa pe acesta nu-l recomand)

Just did a jeep trip I can't not rate the experience enough. Driver was informative and respectful. We covered so much of the island in one day. Very educational. There was 5 in my group. We all had the best day. Thank you driver. Perkes

Super oplevelse. God service fra start til slut. Bådturen gik som planlagt, kaptajnen var sød og venlig. Dertil fair pris ift. de andre samt god service og hjælp til afhentning af taxa efter bådturen. Kan kun anbefales!

Easily booked in minutes a 4 hour turtle boat trip from the argassi zante office for next day, 25 euro.
Bus to Laganas 11am very eficiant transfer both ways.
Turtle watching first, went about 1/8 of way around island boat went to and into caves a half hour swim stop, noodles provided on our boat, then a hour on a lovely island beach with a boat snack bar then back to Laganas for bus.
The time on the boat felt just right for me good if you don't want to spend to many hours on boat.
Highly recommend very good value for money, great reps, boat and bus driver. Lovely experience, Thankyou

9/6-2026. My tours office Argasi Zakynthos. We had booked a 3 hour boat trip including transfer, the boat trip itself went according to plan, but when we had to find our bus for the return trip, we discovered to our horror that the bus was driving in the distance. We contacted My tours but were told that they would send a taxi at our expense, we left as a group, but the driver obviously didn't bother to count to 30 (or couldn't). Subsequent contact with the company changed nothing…… avoid this money machine

While walking past this office, I witnessed a very uncomfortable situation. A woman named Emilia (she had the audacity to ask us if we want to book a tour with her and gave her name) was loudly yelling at another staff member in the street. The tone was harsh and disrespectful, and it created a stressful atmosphere not only for the person being shouted at but also for everyone around. Some people asked the girl if she was ok. Other tourists stopped, looked uncomfortable, and some even commented that they lost interest in joining any tours because of the scene.

As a tourist, I expect professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere, but what I experienced here was the opposite. It’s upsetting to see such treatment of staff in public, and it does not reflect well on the company. Respect and kindness should always come first — towards both clients and employee. Disgusting! She should be fired immediately.

I booked a tour specifically to see the shipwreck, which was the main reason I chose this company. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we did not get to see the shipwreck at all. What made the experience worse was that we were not offered any type of refund or compensation for the missed sighting. While I understand that weather can be unpredictable, the lack of communication and no refund policy left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated. I would caution others to consider this before booking.

Terrible customer service and no refund from My Tours in Laganas, Zakynthos
We booked a boat tour with My Tours in Laganas, Zakynthos (Address: Laganas Beachfront, Zakynthos 29100, Greece) but accidentally chose the wrong date. When we asked for a refund, the company refused unless we found two strangers to buy our tickets in person and change the names on the booking first. This was impossible to arrange on our last day, wasting hours and ruining our trip.

The company showed zero flexibility or care for customers. This rigid policy caused unnecessary stress and arguments, and left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. I do not recommend booking with My Tours — their poor customer service and refusal to refund are unacceptable.
