I stopped using mySupermarket because of the many bugs especially with booking delivery or sending the items of the cart to the shop. I thought I'd give it a go after not using it for 6 months... just spent over an hour shopping for NOTHING to work. Can't send it to a shop, can't book a delivery slot, get stuck in loops.
Now I've got to go to Tesco's website and start over again. All of this hassle just to know I'll save a couple of Pounds!
I won't be giving mySupermarket another chance I'm afraid.

I use this webpage mainly for checking prices on certain items, I set up alerts for if these products get reduced and then I know where to shop that week. It hasnt let me down yet and I'm notified as soon as a product is reduced. It saves me time going on each grocery website to search each item.

This is a zombie site. The lights are on but nobody is home.
Price alerts don't work and no-one responds to email. This thing must be running on autopilot.

The idea is excellent, but I don't think there is any commitment to the Android app.

Added shopping items to basket but would not connect to the supermarket site I needed the items to be sent from.
Either irritating captchas or meaningless 'we have a temporary technical difficulty' - aye, every other minute.
Had also to re-register because did not recognise my email address. Used the 'Forgot password' option. Never received reset email.
Utterly useless.

I ordered an excavator for my grandson. I paid for it smooth transactions. I ordered it on about 11/10/2019 you would thought It would be here by now. I went back to the site and it wouldn't come up kept page that did. I knew then that I had been scammed costing me 179.00. Just can't trust anybody anymore!!!

Irritating constant pop ups "We value your privacy". I click "accept" every time but 2 seconds later the same pop up.

The reason I give 2 and not 1 star is that it is useful for people who want to save money. You have been getting these reviews for a long time. Why don't you fix it?

we 1lt bacardi compare site should £16.00 for asda ,tesco sainsbury and morrision as we have a local tesco went there £19,50 as we were going to the next town went asda £18.50 why was mysupermarket prices incorrect

been using mysupermarket for quite a few years now and its my first site i go to when look for deals in supermarkets. doesnt show all shops but it shows most and its extremely accurate. could do with being a little bit better but its still pretty perfect

I agree with all the previous reviews. A once useful app is now useless.
Could the developers not have the courtesy to inform us what has happened ??

What has happened. Use this app for years, now it hust freezes it will go to the comparison page but does not list the stores on the left-hand so no idea which store is offering best prices. Also freezes when I try to switch stores.

I am sick to the back teeth with mysupermarket. In the past I have never had any sort of problem with their site, but the last few months has proved otherwise. I could not proceed to the ASDA site from theirs and the message kept coming up that there was a technical problem. I communicated with mysupmarket and they tried to shift the blame onto ASDA, I have not been able to use the site now for weeks. I emailed them previously and never received a reply and emailed them again last Friday, just a wall of silence.

Worried about this site, used to be good now saying ‘not secure’ when I try and use it. Has this site been hacked?

Wasn't able to buy more than 99 lettuces, very upset.

This site is now almost useless. Way too many ads, EXTREMELY slow to use.
It has added a lot more stores to compare with, and the functionality is really exciting - but the fact that it takes a whole minute to add or remove a single item to the basket when adjusting quantities, and mixed with the frustration of SPAM and untrustworthy popups, means it take hours to curate your basket. A real shame as the idea is great - just poorly executed.

An occasionally useful tool that is otherwise bombarded by popups and user interface elements jumping about on the screen as advertisements load making for a very aggravating user experience.

I've updated my review to add a star for their useful app that lets you scan product barcodes for a quick price check.

Can't log in. Deleted and gave up.
