I've been trying to cancel my VPN subscription for a few days now. I've contacted them several times via email and through their website chatbot, but every time they ask for the same informations, which I provided. However, they never complete the cancellation process. Actually waiting with a new email answer ..

Scam, j'ai payé pour la version Dark, je n'ai jamais reçu mes crédits, ça fait 4 jours que je parle avec le support qui ne fait absolument rien pour corriger la situation. A fuir ce sont des incompétents attardés mentaux, qui font marcher le VPN grâce à un botnet

This is the WORST VPN provider ever. First, to cancel a subscription, you need to contact support! Every other website in the world lets you do it with a click of a button, but here you have to go through their support. When I asked to cancel, they responded by asking why I wanted to cancel! The support agent "Issac" was incredibly unhelpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They offer genuine residential IPs, fast speeds and top security features at affordable prices. Yes it has some quirks but the team seem to be regularly updating the app, would definitely recommend 😊

First off the customer service is shocking if you have a problem, especially when they randomly cancel your subscription!

I spoke to the dumbest support person I have ever encountered, "Isaac". He seems to be living in a different universe and kept mentioning "Google accounts"!

Basically said tough luck.

Whilst the APP is ok it does crash a lot and does weird things to your phone and is sometimes slow or does not connect, it is easy to refresh the IP address and try again.

They have limited IP adresses so you are stuck.

Would not recommend.

I've only had it for a few days, but I have to say I'm very satisfied. The support is fast and very helpful, so I recommend MysteriumVPN if you are looking for residential IPs.

I signed up during the black Friday sale since it was discounted. And so far it has been working fine, I'm able to use streaming servers without any issues.

VPN de très mauvaise qualité car la dernière version ne fonctionne pas j'ai du installer l'ancienne version et avec mysterium vpn j'ai des déconnexions intempestifs donc j'ai ouvert un litige PayPal pour un remboursement !

Customer help is dumb, complete nonsense in their answers.

Will not let me cancel my subscription and email support isnt any help. I got charged during my ongoing subscription and their explanation is that it cant happen unless i didnt cancel so stupid

Really nice VPN service, you can see that they are constantly working on improving the application and connections besides that, support team respond quite quickly most of the times. I've been using this VPN for a long time and recently for me it started to work really well and haven't encountered any problems. Keep up the good work!

Since my country has decided to ban X I've started using MysteriumVPN. I have found it quite easy to use and the price isn't that bad.

Previously had received IPs that were not working for me or didn't perform that great, but lately the IPs that I get now seems to work much better and unblock the content that i need, support is also top notch and responding very quickly.

User friendly VPN, provides residential IPs and support team answers questions quickly, no need to wait for couple of days to get an answer. I think it's great VPN, just sometimes the connection felt a bit slow, but support helped me to resolve that.
