DON’T BUY FROM HERE! It's a scam. They are not based in London - it’s China. I ordered a coat which was really poor quality when it arrived. Customer services didn’t want me to send it back and said if I kept it they would give me 20% discount. Then they offered to send me something of equal value but I would have to pay another £10 postage. I told them I would return it for a full refund and they told me they would only do this if I got it tracked and sent them proof. This was another £23 and now they are ghosting me. The emails just bounce back. STAY CLEAR!!

I have had the same experience as previous reviews. Ordered a top nothing like advertised at £36 so sent an email asking for their return address. Got an email back saying you can return you are within the 30 days policy, but didn't give me a returns address. I sent another email, but had a delivery notification saying mailbox full. So, I googled it unbeknown to me their returns address was Netherlands. Cost me £12.60 to return, which was sent 2 weeks after I received it. Then 1 day over the 30 days they sent me an email saying that I am over the 30 days policy so can't get a refund. I sent them an email explaining that its not my fault its taken 2 weeks to get there, sent them copies of my post office receipt. Didn't hear anything, less than a week has passed and the parcel was returned back to me. Fuming, also going through my bank to see what they can do. When I went on companies house it shows the company is in administration.

Awful awful scammers. Ordered a tracksuit. What was eventually sent after much chasing was quite frankly offensive. Not what I ordered, pocket on hoody stitched on wonky, extremely poor quality. Paid £48 for a set worth no more than £4. On emailing them they gaslighted me, refused to discuss a return until I sent pictures, admitted it was not what I ordered then had the audacity to ask me to pay and extra £9.90 to get the item I ordered. They will not discuss a return for refund or give me any return details. Eventually ignored any messages and now their mailbox is full with emails being returned undelivered. Absolute scam artists. I am perusing a chargeback with my bank and I suggest everyone else who has had the misfortune to buy from these scammers do the same

If I could star 0 I would the quality is rubbish and not at all what I expected. Luckily I read reviews after ordering and American Express stopped sale refunded and sent me new card. Jumper did turn up but fit for bin.

Pair of trousers ordered. Not as advertised when they were finally delivered, wanted to return which is almost impossible. Sent an email with an automated email response saying inbox full, finally get a response about returning the pants. Email stated by all means return, but I have no address in the UK to return, I replied which address shall I return and no response since. Scammers I believe, had this before with a dog food and dog toy company. Spot the signs immediately, I have reported them.

This people buy from temu cheap quality and selling as mysa London for crazy prices. If you ask for return, they give a address in China which is impossible to return. Scam scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I cancelled an order and they said they had refunded. 3 weeks and there was no refund.
I bought a pair of shorts and they were big and quality poor. I asked if I could exchange, after 4 emails they said I could. When I asked how do I go about it, never heard from them again. BIG Con!

How is this company allowed to con people time afetr time? -1 would be a far too high mark for this absolute con company .. I wish I'd read the reviews first .

The dress I ordered was not ‘elegant’ as described, it was made from t-shirt material!

A full return was only available if I paid postage to China, where we know it won’t go through customs this decade, so pointless. Option 2 get something else that will no doubt disappoint or option 3 settle for 25% refund and keep the item.

Had I known this was yet another Chinese entity masquerading as a British/European company I would not have purchased at all.

I ordered a pair of Boots very low quality they came from the Netherlands tried to return them but was told I need to return the to China which would cost me over £30.00.
This company are con artist please for your own sanity please do not order from them, not only will you out of pocket you will probably be left with goods you can’t use.

Do not order anything from this company. They are a complete scam. Ordered some boots for a Christmas present, they came without a box, look really cheap and definitely not worth the £64 I paid. I have emailed the so called customer service 5 times, last one threatening legal action and informing trading standards and still no reply. If I could give zero stars I would, absolute scam.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM.

Ordered a linen and cotton shirt. Received a really poor quality polyester and spandex shirt. It was nothing like described on the website. There is no way of contacting the firm. The telephone number isnt real. R mails are ignored. I can’t return the shirt. I believe I have been scammed.

I ordered this glittery jumpsuit 3 weeks ago for Christmas Day and it just arrived! I can't believe my outfit took this long to process! Such a disgrace
The email for this website is so bad because when I went to sent a email to them it never delivered as it bounced back.
They should have a telephone number so people can call them about their orders.

It took about 12 days for parcel to arrive , I didn’t check and just assumed it was based in London because of the name , a bit daft of me , but it’s not and the product is tiny for the size medium mens it should be , looks like a child’s size probably because it’s from china and I don’t think I can get a refund by reading other people’s reviews, wish I’d checked this out before hand

The dress I received for £28 is not even fit for a nightdress. Looks nothing like the sales picture, is so flimsy you can see through it and would catch for really easily. This so called company is a complete con. The worst I have ever encountered in my 75 years.

Delivery delayed - Issue with delivery! Courier number didnt exist! tried customerservices - email bounced back. Their telephone number listed on line doesnt connect!!! NOT SURE where to go from here. Very very disappointment!!!! _ it does feel like a SCAM!!!!!

Would give no stars if option was available wanted some new riding boots seen these at a great price on mysa London never checked reviews just ordered when received was very dissatisfied they were nothing like the materials described or looked like on photos went back on site started to notice that pics were cropped (badly ) a big giveaway went on trustpilot only to confirm suspicions I’ve filed a report on PayPal in hope of getting money back they have no physical store in London either and have no means of giving you a return address to ever get a refund please don’t rush into purchasing if it sounds to good to be true just do your homework

I wouldnt even give this company 1 star, they are shocking. The quailty and sizes are rubbish, you'd be better ordering from Shein. You cant return or get a full refund. the custom service is disgusting.
