Friendly, helpful and efficient
I needed a copier for a new office in a hurry - Deanna was incredibly helpful and managed to deliver in a very short timescale getting me out of a hole of my own making! I would happily recommend My Printing Room for any printing requirements.

New Copier supplier
This is the first time our company have dealt with "My Print Room" and we couldn't be happier. Our contact is Deanna Turner and she couldn't have been more helpful and very fast in helping us out with a new multifunctional printer and not only quick but was the all round cheapest out of three other suppliers. I would recommend using them completely.

New Copier Contract
We were very happy with the transition to our new machines.
Deanna liaised during this and they were delivered and installed on the dates given and the technical support was there to tweak the machines to our systems.
It is wonderful to have a contact (Claire) who can help you rather than an automated call centre.
She doesn’t even mind my silly questions!

Recently had a printer installed with MyPrintingRoom and they have been brilliant. Deanna is incredibly responsive and the whole team have been quick to deal with any issues that have popped up. Highly recommend!

we ordered a new central colour printer for the office and it arrived on time, with engineers coming to install on time and has now been in for a few months and is all working like a dream, oh and price was very competitive too - good job all round

Enjoyed Experience Buying a Printer
All aspects of the purchase were handled efficiently by knowledgeable sales persons, demonstrators and installers. Responses to questions were direct and to the point. Communications and meetings were on time with additional support readily given on request. Particularly useful was an invite to attend a
demonstration on the printing equipment that utilised documentation from our business.
