Guys just please no one use this scam pharmacy i ordered some medication and inserted the right address and paid extra 12£ for faster delivery because i had a flight in the next 5 days and my order never shows and they email me they won't refund and i've put wrong address although my address was right 100% and please check the other reviews they are all bad just, please please please just use another pharmacy and don't get scammed like i got and like others

According to Royal Mail tracking information, they were unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect address. It is the customer's responsibility when placing an order to fill in the shipping address correctly. If a delivery has been unsuccessful, Royal Mail then begin returning it to us.
As per our terms and conditions, we cannot accept refunds for medications that have been returned to us, as they can no longer be re-used due to strict health and safety regulations.
However, you are more than welcome to purchase a shipping option again once your parcel has been returned, and it can be sent out to the corrected address.

No goods, no refund either
Ordered in good faith but product did not arrive, emailed and was told to wait until 28th April for them to raise a claim with Royal Mail. Since then i have had no reply to my emails or Facebook messages and no refund. Will chase my refund and never use again.

We use external couriers and the actual delivery is out of our control. We dispatched the parcel promptly as the tracking information indicates. Once again please accept our apologies. Ordered medication on a Sunday and then picked next day delivery at over £8.00. They charge for next day delivery at a weekend when they can't deliver next day. delivery was scheduled on Tuesday - this is all fine but don't charge over the odds for delivery next day when you can't fulfil that promise. In addition - not their fault directly you get a DPD link - unable to change anything like delivery address without delaying it a further day. Will not be using again. Over priced and poor service

However our website clearly states our opening hours as Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and couriers generally don't do collections on a Sunday. The postage you selected was "DPD next day (excluding weekends and holidays)". Therefore your order was promptly dispatched on the next working day and delivered as per description the next day.

What can I say about this pharmacy
What can I say about this pharmacy. I placed an order for £24.95 for 2 items. Logged in to check it was all ok and no copy of my order but I paid for it. So I called up and got told my order was being shipped that day. So I waited and nothing arrived and rang back few days later to be told no my order hasn’t been processed. I was lied to and left out of pocket and couldn’t go to the pharmacy near to me to purchase these things as I didn’t have the spare funds to. There also extremely overpriced and the shipping costs are over priced to. Told false information from differant members of staff. Still waiting on my refund I’m not happy.

Apologies for the confusion surrounding your order. You had ordered two medicines that are limited to one per customer, every 28 days. Therefor, you should have recieved an email asking which one of the two medications you'd prefer, or if you'd prefer a full refund.
Unfortunately, due to human error, you were never sent this email, and because we never received a response, your order was sat waiting for dispatch until a response was received.
Fortunately, you got in touch with us and we issued a full refund at your request.
I can confirm the refund was issued March 17th and should have been processed by your bank by now.

Thank you for your review. Please accept our apologies. We normally have very accurate stock levels for our website however on this occasion they were incorrect. I have investigated the cause of the problem. We also dispense NHS prescriptions as part of our service and a colleague had used the website stock to fulfill an urgent prescription.

Unfortunately, due to stock shortages and wholesalers' increasing prices, the cost of medication has sky rocketed over the past months. We have had no choice but to reflect this in our pricing, however, we remain extremely competitive when compared to similar services.
Feel free to shop around and see if the same product is available cheaper anywhere else.

DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY
After paying a small fortune for a Veterinary Consultation and another Written Prescription I delayed sending my it due to the Christmas Period and Royal Mail Strikes as this was a Canine Dosage of Tramadol Syrup for my elderly dog. I paid for the prescription, ordered it by email including a scanned copy and posted the original as as usual. As Controlled Medication has to be dispensed with a month they retained the Written Prescription even though they were unable to source a supply. This meant I was unable to find an alternative Pharmacist. They have cited two excuses for not sending the medication. A the prescription had an expiration date of 6 months and not 1 which was irrelevant as they only mentioned it when I complained and I was received by them within that correct period. B it was not in stock but then wanted me to pay for the return so I cannot take this matter up with the Veterinary. I have paid a substantial sum of money in Veterinary Fees, my elderly dog has not had her medication and has had to undergo withdrawal effects and they have refused to return the Prescription at their expense so that I can return in to the Veterinary Practice to complain. I will never use this company again - NEVER!

How you can get wrong opinion!
I had originally given a 1* review as item not reviewed. Within hours I had been contacted by the Team who had tracked my package. Unfortunately Post Person did not leave a “missed you “ note so I had no idea I needed to contact them. I was given a direct link to reschedule. I was also contacted the next day to apologise gain and offer free delivery with DPD on next order. Customer Service now has a 5* and I will be using them again
