Much like others have said, I really should have read reviews about this company before purchasing from them.

Firstly the quality of the products are bad, especially for the price you pay.

I paid £12.95 for premium 48 hour delivery for it to be delivered over a week later. I emailed the support team who said they would provide a refund of the shipping, I’m still awaiting this and not hopeful I will actually receive it.

When my order finally arrived I opened one of the items (iPad screen protector) to find it completely cracked. Again I emailed the support team who said they would send a replacement iPad screen protector.
Opened up the replacement that was sent and it was for a Galaxy S20 mobile (my order didn’t contain any Galaxy products, I don’t own a Galaxy so this is redundant to me). Emailed the support team to notify them Iv received the wrong item. They’ve said they will issue a refund, no option to resend the correct item. My trust in this company is zero so I’m highly doubtful I will actually receive a refund.

I placed my order at the start of the month, it’s now 4 weeks later and I still don’t have the correct products or a refund of the money I paid for the missing products. Trying to contact for support is difficult as it’s only via email which is pretty slow and you only really receive template responses to your issue.

Stupidly I spent £90 with this company and didn’t do my research before hand. I can say for certain I won’t be purchasing from them again!

Took my money but never sent item. Had to get my bank involved to get the money back. SCAM

Took 3 weeks for case to arrive and when it did it’s terrible quality. The image has mostly peeled off after less than 2 months usage

Avoid at all costs. Took payment, yet order says cancelled online. Only response I had was that order was due to be sent 7 days ago, have chased but been ignored ever since. Total scam and never received the goods I paid for.

I've had 2 emails so far saying their is a delay with my order and it will be posted the next day. What's going on. Are they hand painting it or something. I'd like to know what's actually going on with my order.

Rubbish.
Ordered a case for my sons birthday. No case. Just a string of emails telling me sorry but your order has been delayed. Not able to reply to the emails.
I wish I'd read these reviews before I had purchased.
I'm guessing this won't arrive.
Crap company. Don't buy

I looked at a number of personalisation sites and the image i wanted to use to personalise my phone case was on the ambitious side due to the size and detail involved. This site was the only one who could me accomodate me the way I wanted. Case delivered within a week and i’m actually pretty happy with it.

After I ordered from my personalised case I had an email saying there was a delay in my order being dispatched. I panicked a bit as it was needed in time for a birthday so I googled reviews of the site to see how reliable they are and panicked even more when I saw some of the trust pilot reviews 😅 I emailed my personalised case asking to cancel my order as there was a delay in it being dispatched. I had a reply straight away saying they’d look into it and later that day I had an email saying the order was being processed. My order arrived today within the original time frame given and the quality is as I would expect. I wanted to leave a review as despite the negative reviews I have had a good experience and am happy with my order.

Took two months and I had to pay postage twice (ie. I feel I was cheated). If "Trusted Shops" trusts them then I'll know that to avoid "Trusted Shops" recommendations.
You have to create an account to buy with a 12-digit password (ie. more secure than my bank). Why?
It's near-impossible to get a reply to queries: ask twice get one incomplete answer a week later.
Their system does not "work" with Google Complete: if you use Google Complete, they lose your street.
But ... the bottom line is their refusal to refund (illegal in the UK but I do understand there are some countries which are crook-friendly) and insisted I pay for delivery again.

Competitive prices, easiness of using website, easy to download photo.
Waited about 10 days for delivery, but was told there would be a delay . Photo quality was excellent, bought personalised photo , picture of our pet cockerpoo, phone case for the hubby, he was absolutely delighted with it.

STAY AWAY. Do not order from this company. If I could give no stars I would. To me it looks like a scam as I ordered 3 weeks ago and haven't had my order and haven't had a response from an email I sent to say order hadn't ARRIVED. The funny thing is they are at the top of the Google search so someone knows what they are doing.
This was a gift for my daughters birthday and now I have to go to the trouble of finding a replacement,luckily I found Design my case and I'm hoping to get a better service from them, I will write a review if they are any good or not when I get the phone cover. In the meantime I want to save as many people from ordering from these fraudsters as possible, personally I'd like to see these people out of fake business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COST SCAM SCAM SCAM CLOSE DOWN THIS BUSINESS.

Very positive experience as a first time buyer from this website. Very easy to order exactly the personalised case that I wanted and excellent price too. The case arrived by the expected date and is of very high quality. I would recommend using them to anyone looking for a phone case with a unique design of your choice.

I ordered a phone case a month ago now and still not received it, the website is shocking, you can't contact anyone, cannot put anything personalised into the help section, so you just get an automated response, I have tried multiple times to chase this up to no avail, so I cant persue a refund or anything!
Do not waste your money with this business!!!

Bought a brand new iPhone 14 and decided, as always with any new phone I get, that I will get a nice, personalised case made to go with it and save on getting any cheap store cases that only last about a week before breaking.

Selected my design, then comes the delivery options, so I opted for the 5-10 working day delivery, having always had good experience with companies before, that will deliver within or even before the timeframe. Assuming that because the site has the suffix ".CO.UK", that it is all UK based, including production, it would arrive in a week or so...but oh no, I was about to enrol in one of the WORST mistakes of my life.
Placed my order Thursday 28th June....
Ended up waiting not 10 days, not 11....but 21 days....3 entire weeks for a bloody phone case. It arrived only today (20th of July). Endless emails sent to and from the 'Support Team' who kept telling me it was due to be delivered 13th July, then the 19th...no tracking allowed in their deliveries which EVERY OTHER company for phone cases provides as default, so my parcel could have been on a plane to Siberia for all I know...I recommend ANYONE who is looking to get a phone case made to AVOID THIS SHODDY COMPANY at all costs...they rob you of your money and then delay you. I have told them this is false advertising, to say you are a UK company but production in the NL without even disclaiming this on their site.

Avoid this company, visit a far better company like Vistaprint or Casetify, may be slightly more expensive, but guaranteed to arrive in the specified timeframe.

Ordered a phone case to be delivered in 3 days as it was needed for a birthday present. It was very expensive but I was willing to pay if it came quickly. It didn’t. I received an email after 3 days to say there was a production delay for two weeks. I tried emailing to cancel - and got no response. I tried cancelling cia the website to be told my order couldn’t be cancelled as it was in production - clearly untrue given the message I had received. It is my statutory right to be able to cancel under the distance selling regulations but why let the law get in the way of ripping off customers? I then received a further email delaying my order further. Four weeks and counting and still nothing. Please do yourselves a massive favour and avoid this website. Simply appalling.

Half the photo has scratched off and I have only had it about 2 weeks
