I usually don’t leave feedback in public forums but the lack of response from them urged me to. I made a purchase on the 13th May which never arrived so I got in touch about it and they responded saying it was out of stock and that it would take 2 more weeks if I wished to wait. I was okay to wait and also made another purchase.

Its been 4 weeks since that convo (today is 28th June) and nothing yet. I reached out so many times via the same email kindly requesting for more information on the status and they never responded. I reached out on the chat as well. Even an email responding about the situation would give you some confidence.

I’m starting to feel like this was a scam.

If items are out of stock the users shouldn’t be able to make a purchase in the first place, and even after that not until I wrote to them after a few weeks they mentioned it was out of stock.

This has been a really bad experience for me.

Ive had an amazing experience, it was my first time and I will definitely order from them again.
They were prompt with updating me on shipping details and I've had previous troubles with other websites with fake replicas of Korean skincare brands but I can confirm that they sell original brands of high quality and authentication.

Have ordered from this website twice now and have recieved excellent customer care. Items are dispatched promptly and I recieved great communication from them when I used their webchat. Will definitely be back to purchase more items.

I've been waiting for my order 2642 for over a month. I've emailed twice, left a message on their website chat and Instagram DM and had no response. Terrible.

Ordered a product 5 weeks ago, lo and behold, no item! Order number 2647. No response to emails either! Wish I'd seen all these reviews before I ordered!

I ordered a product on April 26. A couple of days later I received an email saying they don't actually have the product in stock but that it would be restocked in two weeks and they would send it over.

It has been more than a month and I have already emailed twice asking for an explanation and they still haven't answered.

I placed an order on the 17th May, and whenever I try to track my order it says it has not been dispatched. I would like to have some form of communication to let me know what is happening. It’s better to keep a customer informed than to leave them with no information at all. What is happening with my order?

I’ve ordered and it’s been two weeks and no response. I’ve written to them and spoke online but no response.

I made an order on the 5th of May, 2024 and was told it will be delivered on the 9th of May, 2024. And since then there has been no update on my package. I sent email to the company but no response. My order number is #2635, if the order won’t be sent please refund me.

Une catastrophe !!! J'ai acheté un objet chez eux, qui est sous garantie. Il ne fonctionne plus. J'ai pris contact avec eux à plusieurs reprises, personne ne répond. J'avais d'ailleurs été obligée de les menacer avec le service contentieux de PayPal au moment de l'achat ! Ça commençait déjà très mal.Une horreur , à bannir

Missing package
I’ve tried to contact this store several times, but I don’t know anything of my order yet, It’s been a long time since I ordered.

I brought a few items from this seller, at first they were great, even sent free masks and samples.

However, my latest order they didn’t tell me that a product I ordered was out of stock. I didn’t notice the product was missing because there was no manifest in my order, I was also a little taken back that the products didn’t have any packaging too, though this does happen sometimes.

I had to reach out to them to tell them I was missing a product, they replied a couple of days later telling me the product is out is stock and that it wouldn’t be in stock for two weeks. They kindly offered a 10% discount, but in this time I would totally run out of my product. So I asked for a refund.

It’s been a little over a week, no acknowledgement from the business of my requested refund, no apology for the inconvenience either. No refund either.

I unfortunately will not be using this business again to order my products.

I have ordered from this company many times- 0 issues. Products always arrives well packaged! Love the freebies you get inside, means I’ve been able to try and love new things. My monthly order is always the Mediheal toner pads, such a staple. 100% recommend trying for problem skin.

Love my products! It arrived fast. Liked the thank you letter they me especially and I’m thankful for the free samples too!

I’m already eyeing on some new things in store!

Placed an order on the 5th og february and now on the 20th I have yet to receive an e-mail confirming shipment of my order. I have tried to contact them through their online chat but don’t get a responce. They have however withdrawn the money from my bank.
I am afraid that I will never receive my order.

I ordered on 21/12/13 and it’s now 19/02/24, I’ve not gotten any further updates about my purchase, contacting this company is next to impossible and you’re promised a response in 24 hours on their live chat bubble; but I’ve not had any responses.
My order number is 2128, I just want a full refund at this point. Can someone at mykstyle please help?!
I would strongly recommend that you get better customer service, provide an email address, train your staff on how to respond and when to respond.

Bought a item that said it was in stock and would ship in the next 2 days - I bought the item on the 4th of february, didn’t hear back from them until the 9th when they told me it wasn’t in stock they offered to change the order (did not offer a refund) I asked how long it would take to come but they haven’t answered me. I still might be able to get the item but either way their costumer service should be much better and they should make an effort to communicate with their customers
