My new hoover arrived 4 days late
My new hoover arrived 4 days late. . Had been used . When I asked for a replacement was told I Wd need to return the used one and then wait a further 5 days for a new one . Poor service . Living in a house with no hoover and a son with allergies is no joke . Poor service

Better than Dyson
It's early days, but so far I love my HenryQuick Pro. I've had a couple of Dyson cordless stick vacuums, and as well as being overpriced IMO, they've developed various problems just out of the warranty period.
The HenryQuick's very powerful in terms of "suckiness". Initially, I was doubtful about the disposable pods, but I soon changed my mind. First, because two days after I got it, I dropped a glass and tiny shards of glass were EVERYWHERE. I was able to get into all the nooks and crannies using the attachments, and it was very reassuring to know the shards had gone into the disposable pod rather than the machine's innards. Also, unlike the Dyson, there are no filters to wash and dry. ALL the muck goes into the pod!

Easy to assemble and use. Cleaning of brushes is straightforward as is emptying. Job's a good 'un.

Quality products at a reasonable price
We needed some new pods for our Henry Quick and found them at the myhenry.com website. They were a reasonable price and better still, delivery was free. They arrived in a couple of days. I will certainly order from them again.
