Signed up for their AI & Machine Learning program, paid all fees in full and started the program. Shortly after starting I got sick and had to delay for a while. When I was ready to restart I tried multiple times to contact and get a start time. They never responded until I made public complaints. Finally promised to place me into a new program but didn't and never responded to me. They kept my fees $3500 refusing to refund and refusing to allow me to restart the program.

Great Learning left a response for me to contact them. I have done this multiple times with either no response or no action. The only thing they can do to change my opinion is refund my payments but we know they won't do that. Clearly they are dishonest.

I have really enjoyed the course from
beginning to end. I learned so much more than I thought I would. It covered real topics to really understand ML and AI’s brain + current popular and important AI tools. The support team and teachers were very helpful and attentive to my questions. Thank you very much Great Learning team!

I recently completed the MIT – No Code AI and Machine Learning (December 2025 – Batch A) program with MIT Professional Education, and it was a highly valuable learning experience.

The course is very well-structured, especially for those who want to understand AI and Machine Learning concepts without deep coding knowledge. The content is practical, relevant, and easy to follow, making complex topics much more approachable.

A special mention to Bhuwan for his continuous guidance and support throughout the course. His mentorship played a key role in helping me stay on track and successfully complete the program.

Additionally, the mentored sessions were extremely helpful. They provided clarity on key concepts, real-world insights, and an opportunity to ask questions and interact, which significantly enhanced the overall learning experience.

Overall, I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to get started with AI and Machine Learning in a structured and supportive environment.

I recently completed the Post Graduate Program in AI for Business Applications offered by Great Learning in collaboration with the University of Austin, Texas, and I would like to share my thoughts about my experience.

The curriculum was comprehensive and covered essential topics such as machine learning, data analysis, and comprehensive AI implementation in business contexts(Covering topics like Transformers, RAG-based systems, Agentic AI). The lessons were thoughtfully designed to bridge theoretical knowledge and practical applications. The program was structured in a modular format, which allowed for a gradual progression through complex topics. Each module built upon the last, facilitating a better understanding of AI’s role in business decision-making. The combination of lectures, video content, and quizzes made the program engaging. Interactive assignments were particularly useful for applying what we learned. The accessibility to instructors was a strong point, as they were generally responsive to queries and provided valuable insights. The resources provided were top-notch, including thorough reading materials, engaging video lectures, and practical tools. One of the major highlights of the program was the emphasis on applying AI concepts to real-world business problems. Projects and assignments allowed learners to develop practical skills that are directly transferable to the workplace..

Overall, my experience with the Post Graduate Program in AI for Business Applications was highly positive. The quality of content, structured delivery, and practical approach stood out, making it a valuable learning journey. With minor adjustments in interactivity and additional resources, the program has the potential to be exceptional. The assigned program managers are very helpful during the program where they are able to remind you of the upcoming classes and project submission deadlines to help keep on track of the entire program. I look forward to observing future iterations of the course and the improvements that may come with them.

I have successfully completed the Post Graduate Program in Generative AI for Business Applications (Batch: PGP-GABA-UTA-NOV25-A).
Overall, the experience was highly satisfactory and incredibly well-organized. Despite being an online format, the structure kept me engaged throughout all the modules. A few highlights from my journey:

Great Learning’s Post Graduate Program in AI and Machine Learning is a well-structured and enriching experience. The curriculum is practical, up to date, and supported by knowledgeable instructors who explain complex concepts clearly. The hands-on projects and real-world case studies make learning engaging and useful. Overall, it’s a great program for professionals looking to build strong foundations and practical skills in AI/ML.

AIML program is well structured and covers most of the AI ML topics. I recommend the program owners to add niche topics like agents, a2a and mcp in the curriculum and ensure curriculum is always updated with current topics. Program manager Neha has done a great job keeping us motivated and ensured we meet all deadlines on time. I recommend this program if you want hands on training. Thanks.

Great Learning is a complete scam in my opinion
Great Learning is a complete scam in my opinion. They will try to keep your money and hide behind cohort start dates, terms and conditions, etc. Be very careful. Have all your documentation in place including dates and names. Then open a court claim. The judge will likely side in your favor if you state the clear facts that support your case.

You will probably NOT find a US mailing address online for Great Learning. My Amex Dispute provided a Singapore address. That could not be used in my US (NJ) court claim / filing. It was hard to find since a company called BYUJ's purchased Great Learning back in 2021 and incorporated under a different company name back in 2019. It also indicated that they are doing business as (d/b/a) Harvard Business Services out of California. So to net it out, here's what you can use when filing a court claim in the US:

I'm currently enrolled in the AIML course with Great Learning. It is a comprehensive course that covers many topics of AIML. While the curriculum is dense, it is broken into achievable sections with necessary videos, documentation and projects that lend toward a thorough understanding of the topics. The staff is also incredibly helpful at teaching the content and answering any questions.

BEWARE: Refusing to refund $2,500 and ghosting customers!
Review:
I enrolled in their PG AI/ML program but decided not to take the remaining 6 months of classes. I requested a refund for the unused portion, which amounts to $2,500. It has been over 20 days, and Great Learning is intentionally delaying the process and holding my money hostage.
My Program Manager initially confirmed the refund via WhatsApp, but they never actually processed the transaction. Now, they have completely stopped answering my phone calls (absolute ghosting). To make matters worse, they are trying to unfairly deduct a 4% processing fee, trying to pass their internal costs onto the student.
Given their dishonest business practices and lack of communication, I have officially filed a full Chargeback ($2,500) with my credit card company.
If you are considering Great Learning, DO NOT give them your money. If you are already trying to get a refund from them, don't wait for their empty promises—call your bank and file a chargeback immediately. I will update this review or take it down once I receive my full refund.

I completed the Applied Generative AI Program from Johns Hopkins University via Great Learning (March 2026) and had a very positive experience. The academic excellence of Johns Hopkins combined with Great Learning’s mentored learning sessions created a strong, practical, and engaging program. Well-structured, hands-on, and highly recommended for anyone looking to build real-world Generative AI skills.

Good:
I had a chance to go through GL's PG program in Generative AI for Business Applications and I could say I have learnt a lot from this course. Right from first chapter towards end, they have covered a vast variety of topics in Gen AI field. I know now how Gen AI works at the backend. Instead of just using, now I understand what's happening underneath.
This course also gave me opportunity to implement my learnings into practical applications, which helped me in understanding the nuances of Gen AI (such as negative case testing, security and how to use AI responsibly). Using techniques like RAG, Agentic AI, LLM as a judge, RAGAS etc has given me confidence in applying same in my career wherever applicable.

What could be improved:
Due to nature of how AI is evolving, my suggestion is to keep updating the syllabus as new things come out. Instead of extending the program timeline, swapping more recent and important topics would help keep timelines intact and also providing chance for cohort to be updated.

Program manager:
I also would like to call out my program manager, Amit who has been a great source of help throughout the program. In one specific situation when I reached out to him he promptly helped me by guiding and suggesting on how to navigate through the uncertainty I had in my mind.

Overall, I would say a great course for someone who is interested in jumping into behind the scenes of Gen AI and elevate their understanding of concepts.

A well-structured course that makes machine learning concepts easy to understand without requiring programming. Supportive instructors, a good balance of theory and hands-on learning, and flexible projects make it a great choice for beginners or anyone exploring AI in a no-code environment.

I am currently enrolled in the 7-month Post Graduate Program in AI & ML with UT Austin through Great Learning, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The program is highly student-focused, combining strong academic instruction from university faculty with weekly live mentorship sessions led by practicing Data Science and Machine Learning professionals who bring valuable real-world insight to the learning experience.

Students are placed into cohorts, which helps create a more supportive and engaging learning environment. Each cohort is supported by dedicated Program Managers who are highly active, communicative, and consistently engaged throughout the week. They do an excellent job keeping students informed about due dates, upcoming live mentored sessions, and key milestones. Their level of communication and support makes it clear that they are genuinely invested in student success and work hard to make sure no one falls behind.

The coursework is challenging yet manageable. The program is structured into seven modules, each concluding with a final assignment that promotes steady and meaningful progress. Although the program is Python-intensive, it is designed with beginners in mind and builds step by step from foundational concepts to more advanced techniques. In Module 7, we will train an AI model to interpret images, which is an exciting milestone and a great example of how far the program progresses.

One unexpected benefit has been the improvement in my intuition across related areas such as math, physics, and engineering, something I did not anticipate but truly value.

I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to build a strong, practical, and well-rounded foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

These guys held themselves out to be a division of University of Texas McCombs Business School…the I immediately saw all kinds of unusable links and disorganized information.

I put stop on the initial payment, and now they keep harassing me with fake classroom reminders.

Valuable course lessons and amazing coach who was very patient and knowledgeable.. course content is apt .. after completing this course I was able to immediately use it in my work for innovating solutions

This experience was great. The knowledge acquired and the preparation of the mentor every week helped me understand the topics in a better way.
Good course. Statistics heavy and model building heavy, but you have flexible options to present projects to demonstrate your knowledge according to your expertise. Would recommend to those who want to learn more about how machine learning models are built from scratch.

Until now, the program has been really helpful; I have a lot of new ideas to implement in my current work.
