I placed an order 6 weeks ago and have still not received my items. The company claim to have sent my order out twice now however still nothing has turned up! The customer service you receive on the phone is beyond bizarre, they can't take an item number they simply ask 'what did you order?'

I have no problems with my mail this is the only company I have failed to receive goods from. Plus amazingly they cannot provide me with any shipping details and are now refuse to 'attempt' to send my items out a 3rd time (which I do not believe for one minute).

Quite simply avoid this company - waste of time, energy and money.

Used this company before and great service. Ordered some more glow sticks last minute for New Years eve and they managed to get sent out and delivered today.
Highly recommended in my opinion and would use them again.
