Recently looking for a match to our existing kitchen , to make some changes , but the kitchen company we dealt with no longer exists so was fining it very difficult to find the correct match with many differing companies. We approached My fitted Kitchen and they were extremely helpful and even sent me out foc samples to determine the right match and door quality. Thank you to Niel and his team , would 100% recommend them

We first used We fit any furniture about 3 years ago for our bedroom furniture and we were so impressed with them, from planning to fitting, that we recently had our kitchen fitted by them too! Neil has been amazing from start to finish, always in regular contact via email. On his first visit to our home, he bought all the sample door styles and colours that we were interested in, also a selection of worktops and handles. It was a long day, with lots of choices to make, but he was very helpful and patient, which is something we really appreciated, as it is such a big decision choosing a kitchen. Plans were drawn up by Phil and agreed by us and then the fun started!
Mick and Dave, our very experienced kitchen fitters were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, professional workmen, who just got on and did there job to an excellent standard. We absolutely love our new kitchen, so huge thanks to the My fitted kitchen team.

I visited the Stockport showroom to choose the kitchen for my new project build. From the initial visit to the installation the customer service and attention to detail by the fitters was second to none. The chap who fitted the kitchen really knew what he was doing and over came every obstacle my kitchen had to throw at him. Overall very impressed with the expertise and very happy with the finished kitchen.

From walking into the showroom, we were absolutely blown away. We both saw what we wanted immediately and booked an appointment for Neil to come round. Neil came round initially and we talked through what we would like, he went away and then we went back to the showroom and saw the plan. It was great, just what we wanted so we placed an order there and then. Phil then came out to do the final measure and we were good to go. Mick came and fitted the kitchen and did a superb job. I could not recommend this company enough, they were great from start to finish. That much so we had our bedroom, walk in wardrobe and utility fitted out by them 😊

Recently used We Fit to repair some water damage to my kitchen units. I found them to be extremely professional right from the quotation for the insurance company to the repairs being carried out. Phil came out to do the initial survey. Neil has been in regular contact with me keeping me informed of the sourcing of the materials to arranging the fitting date. Everything went as advised on the fitting day. Rick the fitter was very experienced and my kitchen now looks like new again. Very happy customer will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends.

My experience is great. Everybody’s kind and helpful from neil, marianna, phil and mick. The fitted was great got lot of compliments. Recommended to all my friends.

When we initially visited the showroom we were told of the different options available to us. We had an idea of what we wanted and Neil worked with us get desired kitchen and utility.
We were kept informed of the prices and what was included. A date was given and the kitchen and utility was fitted. Due to other refurbishment within the house certain items not finished as we requested and Mick the fitter came back to finish at an agreed date. Very flexible working with us. Any snagging issues were addressed quickly and efficiently.
The whole experience was managed well and would recommend the whole team to anyone. Thanks Neil for putting up with our 'discussions ' We now have our Dream kitchen and have had many compliments.

Our journey with my fitted Kitchen began with fabulous design from Tracey and Neil. Both were so innovative in designing our dream kitchen with ideas we hadn’t thought of. There have been hiccups along the way but any problems have quickly been rectified. We have a beautiful pale grey kitchen with a fabulous white quartz worktop and the complements from my friends and family have been numerous. Highly recommend this company.

From us first walking into the Stockport showroom and being greeted by a friendly, smiley and very helpful Marianne, to our kitchen completion, it has been just a great experience.
Neil our kitchen designer has been nothing other than completely amazing.
Neil visited us at home, listened to all of our dreams and then designed our perfect kitchen for us. Neil then also managed the kitchen installation, keeping us fully up to date with the schedule of works and what and who to expect on which days. Neil visited, emailed and telephoned regularly to make sure everything was going well on site and also to check that we were completely happy with how things were going.
Neil also recommended a supplier to us for our floor tiles and he also organised at quite short notice for somebody to come and tile the kitchen floor for us, which was incredibly helpful.
Our kitchen fitters were Mick and Dave, both really experienced kitchen fitters, who both worked so incredibly hard to fit our kitchen and who were both an absolute pleasure to have working at our house.
We also had a couple of other trades people in as part of the kitchen rebuild, plasterer, electricians and granite counter top fitters, tile fitters, all coordinated by either Neil or Mick and everyone who came on site we’re always cheery, polite and completely respectful of our property.

Our new kitchen has completely surpassed our expectations, the quality is simply beautiful and we absolutely LOVE it.

Next year we intend to have our bedroom done, so we will definitely be returning to the Stockport showroom

The customer focus was evident right from our first meeting (at the Stockport showroom) with Tracy who did an incredible job in helping us step through the design conceptually, somehow managing to translate our many thoughts/ideas into a beautiful coherent kitchen. I found it so helpful to be able to lean on her experience and bounce ideas back and forth
The exact same is true of Neil and Jamie who patiently took us through multiple iterations of the layout and again, being able to leverage their extensive experience was critical to making best use of the space and getting a kitchen that works perfectly for us. Right down to the little details like ratio of cupboards to drawers, distance from island to units, hidden cutlery drawers etc etc we had full confidence in trusting their advice

Whilst MFK didn't actually fit our kitchen (solely as we were midst extension and had a builder providing end to end service) they liaised constantly with the builder to make sure everything was fitted as per plan. Neil then came out to quality check and make sure everything was perfect

The end result is absolutely stunning, the quality of the product speaks for itself - we LOVE it and could not be happier!

Good service but not given clear guidance as to what was or wasn’t included in the price. People who are new to the process need to be told what is included in the price - I was often asked if I’d sorted x and hadn’t. Often felt like I was be upsold something which didn’t need to be. Make the process clear from the start.

Absolutely fantastic experience, neil, malcolm and their team have been utterly wonderful in installation of our amazing kitchen. We held a party in which comments were our kitchen should be featured in Lancashire life. I would not hesitate in recommending this company they are utterly amazing

We all know that a well organised kitchen has a positive impact on resale value and also quality of life. So you want a company who performs the renovation to be one you can trust.
I had previously used We Fit on a bedroom project. For this kitchen refit, I got other quotes including two bigger name players in the market, but decided to go with We Fit based on my previous experience and the enthusiasm of the designer, Steve.
I was kept informed of the delivery schedule and the father and son team fitters, Ray and Dan phoned beforehand to discuss the fit and on the day so I knew roughly when they would arrive.
I'm sure it's not unusual to face unexpected challenges during these projects. I had one, the central heating pipes had to be relocated to allow the new installation. How would the company deal with this issue? I would say professionally, we had discussions, I even spoke with one of the directors. Only 1.5 days were lost, Ray and, Dan came back and completed the fit.
What could be improved? The depth of the wall units. A standard dinner plate is 25cm diameter, these fit no problem. I do though have some which are 27cm, these don't fit. I know that some other companies do deeper units.
What did I like? I'm happy with the interaction with all team members from We Fit, in terms of the units. I like how the front of the drawers separates allowing easy access to clean.

Following my review Malcolm visited within days. He did a thorough inspection, took all my concerns seriously and promised to have the fitting issues put right. He was true to his word and this week the remedial work was completed. Unfortunately the height of the cupboards couldn't be changed and I had to buy a new set of doors because there was no way I could live with the original ones, but I have to say the end result is a vast improvement. I'm really grateful to Malcolm for all his work, he regularly kept in touch to keep me updated. Thank you Malcolm.

Dedicated team of professional did an outstanding job, from day one, right on track. There were few challenges in between, but I must say Admin team were on it. Special thanks to Malcolm Leeke, for all the help and advice.

This was our third purchase after having two bedrooms fitted. The project management was above and beyond and we felt that all our requests were never a problem. The fitting is of an excellent standard and gives that wow factor as you walk into the kitchen. I would recommend this company without hesitation and know that the ten year guarantee is not just a throw away comment it is the foundation of the company values.
