Quick service and great product that works

Ordered an item to the value of £55 on Wednesday before 2pm. I opted to pay for Royal Mail tracked 24 - delivery 1-2 working days with dispatch same day as order if you order before 2pm. Ordered @ 09:45, money taken straight away & confirmation of order received with advice that I’d get a further email when the goods have been dispatched. I need the item as a gift for a colleague on Monday morning. To date (Friday 16:15) nothing has arrived, no email received, no update. I have emailed them twice today and heard nothing back other than an automated response. There is no phone number to call. The company have already not fulfilled their contract as Saturday (tomorrow) is not considered a working day. Monday will be too late for me as I leave home @ 7am. The item should have been delivered today according to their delivery times and what I paid for. Very poor communication and service. I will not order from this company again.

This was a gift so I can’t comment on details. But my daughter in law was very plsd to receive it.

Genuinely helped me feel a bit less awful with pregnancy sickness!

I bought this for a friend who is due to have her first child in September. I was told that mothers often get forgotten when it comes to baby showers and gifts (baby gets a lot!) so I was glad to come across this kit. It arrived on time, beautifully packaged and most importantly it was very clear what each item was to be used for; my friend was very happy with the contents and I am sure appreciated the fact she had something for her as well.

I would recommend this as a great purchase for any expectant mamas. The bag it comes in seems sturdy and is pretty roomy, so plenty of space for other must haves. Could definitely be used as a bathroom bag for baby or mama as well, later on.

Very prompt delivery and info regarding delivery.

The products are lovely, my daughter is expecting and I have ordered and had sent to her house, 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester kits,also products for her hospital bag.
Would definitely recommend!
The only issue I have had is that when I ordered her the 2nd trimester kit we spoke about what was in the kits and I realised that she had had something missing from the first kit.
Id missed this due to it not being delivered to me and not checking with her, which we have ensured we have done with subsequent orders.
I emailed MEM just to let them know, as it had been a while, I didn't expect it rectified, I just wanted to let MEM know.
I didn't however receive a reply, this is the only reason its not a 5 star review.

I bought a gift set for my heavily pregnant daughter, a real pamper and self care soothing products.She has mow tried them all and has bought some herself.They are perfect for easing pain and soothing .Great price and much needed.

It worked out well. Got it for my wife and it's reduced her nausea.

The items arrived very promptly, kept up to date at all points. Nicely packaged. I bought these as a gift for my daughter who is due any day now! As the products I bought are for use after birth I am unable to comment on them,
