Slow to process orders & sarcastic
Order placed a week ago, took 5 days to process it & pass to Royal Mail, so now more than a week and I still haven’t got it. It’s all very well using Tracked 48 to indicate a quick delivery process but pointless if it takes a week to start the delivery process.
Disappointing.

You placed your order during an exceptionally busy time when we were running a promotional offer. Unsurprisingly, demand was high. While we do our absolute best to process orders quickly, we’re not Amazon (shocking, I know). We don’t have warehouses full of staff or fleets of vans for next-day delivery.
Instead, we’re a small team doing everything manually to ensure every customer receives a carefully packed order—not just something tossed into a box and sent off.
So yes, your order took a few extra days to dispatch—but it was sent via Tracked 48 as promised, once it left our hands.
We appreciate your patience (and your feedback). Hopefully next time we’ll live up to your Prime-level expectations.

Was messaged directly by the company via WhatsApp to see if I needed any help with my order when my card was declined (due to having a new bank card) they let me know my order hadn’t been processed. Which I thought was a nice personal touch.
rejuvenate…. Incredible product! We ran out and forgot to place an order for a couple of months and you can really tell the difference when our 2 year old husky is not taking it. Less skin irritations. No stiffness if back legs.
Rodi… we can practically train our husky to do a backflip with this stuff. She LOVES it & will do anything for it. Great as a training treat.

Oh my goodness what excellent customer service from your company. You have gone above and beyond what level of customer care was expected.
My initial delivery was incorrect and wrong ball size dispatched. These things happen . I emailed out of business hours, to which you promptly acknowledged and replied to saying you would issue correct replacement ball immediately.
Wow. You have exceeded my expectations.
