Purchased a couple of extractors for my business, they all came when they said they would after receiving several email updates and a phone call, on inspection one of the extractors had a slight damage, I reported it straight away, I was informed at every stage an update on the delivery of the replacement part and again it came when they said it would. Purchased Liebherr individual Fridge & freezer, price the best on the comparison sites & delivery was carried out as scheduled on time & all packaging & the old units were removed without any fuss.
The only downside was when I confirmed the 2 year warranty with Liebherr they attempted to sell additional expensive insurance & too much personal information.

The last reply from this untrustworthy mychoiceuk company has very conveniently for themselves removed important information confirming that they have pushed all transaction and currency fees on to me for their unreliable website problems. As can be seen by their spinning of the truth it is extremely unlikely they will be fair with any of their customers if they have made any errors- never mind compensating them.

This is the response I got from my choice when I queried their inaction on my order:
"We have gone to process your order and it appears that there has been a technical issue on our system and your order has been populated excluding VAT. This has now been fixed by our Technical Team. Please note that we would need to take this additional payment of £46.50 prior to processing."
Clearly their mistake on their unreliable and misrepresentative website. I placed a single order in good faith, paid the quoted figure in full on through their website and trusted that they would honour it. I was surprised by the above response but can understand a technical problem so was willing to accept the full refund of my cost €367. Three weeks later and lots of emails I am out of pocket by €26 due to their technical issue.
I trusted them by paying upfront through their website the full price of the amount they quoted to me. In online retailing trust is extremely important. I have learnt from them that they are totally untrustworthy.
They have tried to blame everyone but themselves, both Paypal and their prospective customer. I have never even mentioned VAT to them(my first mention here) never mind insist they forgo the VAT. They have misrepresented their dealings with me in the response below.

All this raises the question if this was an error or whether misrepresentation is their company policy. How else could they expect to get £339 for an item that was available in other shops for £304, except by using these shady practices and demonstrating an utter disregard for their customer. Beware of mychoice or Astrocroft Ltd. Untrustworthy, unreliable, misrepresentative, atrocious customer service and shady characters to deal with. Stay away is my advice to anyone considering dealing with them

I needed a new suitcase to be delivered asap. My Choice were excellent and even though the suitcase I wanted wasn't available to be delivered in time they upgraded me to a better suitcase for the same price as the one I wanted.

I was a bit apprehensive at using mychoice.co.uk to buy suitcases but decided to order and pay for them anyway. When I got an email advising the colours I had chosen were not available I worried even more. However, the customer service team were very perceptive, helpful, fast and professional. I was offered an option of two other colours they though might be something I would like instead. When I noticed that the prices of the other colours were lower than what I had initially paid and emailed them back with further questions and the order became a bit more complex as the delivery would need to be split up. The team took everything in their stride. They have been the fastest in replying to emails and getting the order changed over and sent off in addition to refunding the different. I would highly recommend using mychoice.co.uk, their staff are among some of the best.
