My Choice were competitive on price for the cooker hood but in addition offered free filters for said hood and free UK delivery whereas most other companies charged for both. We were warned that delivery may take a few weeks as it was coming from outside of the UK. We were very pleasantly surprised to receive it after less than 2 weeks. We were contacted to arrange delivery, contacted on the day to give us an estimated time and the driver contacted us at the earliest of this time to get directions to our property. (We are not easy to find!). The driver was punctual, polite, friendly and efficient. We were very happy with the service we received from mychoice from start to finish

POSTIVES:
• MyChoice purchace was indeed the best choice made. I received my chosen cooker in the model I wanted, the colour and style.
Service was quick and easy online, price very compeitive and realistic.

• MyChoice helped to cater for my needs in discussions on the phone and by email.

• The delivery was on the day requested and they did their best to honour a time window which was suitable for me. The transport team kept me up-to-date with their progress right up to half an hour from my front door.

• They called a few days later to check that I had received cooker and was happy.

NEGITIVES:
• A thorougly professional job, (however they were unaware that my old cooker needed to be taken too as I had clicked the 'Recycle option' on website.

• A worrying moment as I did not want to be left with it.

• To add; to recycle for £12 is ok, - although other companies are doing it for £9 - or even for FREE!).

Found my product cheapest on their site, ordered and received a delivery date. Delivery time followed shortly after and was exactly as shown.
Very good service

The product was ordered on Tuesday and was scheduled for delivery on Friday. Due to a technical issue this was re-arranged for The following Monday. It arrived at 08.10. Throughout, the people I dealt with were polite, knowledgeable and concerned that the were providing the very best service. The slight problem was dealt with promptly after sincere apologies that it had happened. Business as it should be transacted.

Excellent service thank you. Had trouble ordering on-line, probably my own finger trouble. However a phone call soon had order complete and suitcase arrived reasonably quickly. Thanks again. BDM

Ordered an integrated fridge. It's perfect, no damage, as described, and was delivered on time. Delivery guys turned up in a "Rent-a-Car" van which didn't have a tail lift, which they should have had really as it's a very heavy, large item. Could easily have been damaged as they got it out but fortunately they just about managed! Absolutely no complaints here, communication was good and product was a very good price, saved me more than £100 compared with other retailers :-)

Fridge was a little longer arriving compared with some other online electrical companies, just a couple or 3 days longer but when it arrived there was a good communication with the company and the delivery driver and his co driver. They were brilliant and very efficient. Took all the packaging away along with my old fridge with no hassle. They definitely were not jobs worth's and stepped far beyond their call of duty.

Very pleased with them and the delivery and the unmarked and perfect fridge. Its installed now and a lovely purchase, very quiet and just lovely. does the job. Only thing is one of the plastic sliders that fixes fridge door to the wooden door was cracked but there are 3 of them and works using only 2. However "Mychoice.co.uk has called me to see if everything is ok. I mentioned it to them and they are on the case to send me a couple more. So I am happy! Would buy from them again.

I looked thoroughly through most of the online providers and my choice appeared to be the best price I could find (dec 15 discount applied). When I contacted the company to order they completed the order quickly and efficiently plus ensured I would get the item before the Xmas cut off which was appreciated

Easy to order on the net or phone. Prompt allocation of delivery date. Drivers call when they are about an hour away. Old appliance taken. What's not to like?

Placed order on 26th December, confirmation email received immediately stating the next stages of the purchase. Monday the 29th received another email to say delivery would be made on the Tuesday with a time slot this is good as you are not waiting all day for a delivery. On the Tuesday I received a phone call from the the courier too say he would be with me in 15 minutes and he was on time and very polite.
