The process of booking and collecting tickets through MBO is super smooth, and their communication is top notch. This is one email notification you'll never want to ignore.

I was able to book the number of tickets required very easily and the E tickets were sent to me the day before the event. Easy and reliable service.

The show was very enjoyable and probably deserved to be at a bigger west end theatre. The performers were all very good and my wife and I really enjoyed the evening watching the performance.

Subscribing to Myboxoffice has been a really great learning experience. I have seen shows, plays and musicals at a fraction of the normal price.

Prior to the pandemic, MBO was a treat - finding new events which I might not have noticed. I really didn't realise how much I appreciated this regualr showcasing of innovation and interest, mainly through live performance.
MBO kept the threads going really well through bringing forward online talks and shows including standup comedy.
I find MBO to be efficient and also personally engaged. I use pre-paid MBO credits to make bookings quickly. It is such a simple system.

MBO is a great company that makes it affordable to go to the theatre. Also, we have attended West End shows but also smaller theatres we had not heard of with good quality shows. I would highly recommend, even if you are not a regular theatre vier to join My Box Office

My Box Office provide a great service. It's easy to order on the website for a nominal service charge and then you just have to collect your tickets at least 30 minutes before the show (usually), have a wander or quick meal if you want, and go see your show. I've got pretty good seats too. It sounds too good to be true, but it isn't.

This is a fantastic service, which I use regularly. I almost don't won't to share that, so I can keep them as my little secret, but that simply wouldn't be fair.
