I came across this website while browsing on the net for a crosswater bath filler. I checked out the site, was happy with the price and the FREE delivery which was a bonus.
I placed the order and a few days later the item turned up.

Fantastic service and can't wait so save more money on my next order.

I ordered a shower panel online, late on a Wednesday afternoon. As I had guests coming to stay on the Friday I just thought I'd email them to see if there was any hope of getting it the next day, but truly didn't expect to. Later that same afternoon I had a telephone call to tell me that the order had been picked, packed and readied for dispatch as a priority and that I would indeed receive it the next day. Sure enough, by 9.30am, a very friendly, helpful delivery driver dropped the parcel off.

This is the type of exceptional service that all companies should aspire to deliver. Well done My-Bathrooms, you are doing a fantastic job. (and thanks a lot, guests loved the shower)

The only negative I have is the website search. I put in towel rail and it comes up with everything but. In the end I resorted to finding the product elsewhere and downloading the manufactures catalogue which enabled me to put in the manufacturers code for the item. Hence four stars. On the plus side staff were very helpful when I rang with a query. A very good service ending in next day delivery.

As a bathroom fitter, I needed a wet floor base in a hurry for a job I had been working on, on surfing the internet My Bathrooms stood out to me for two reasons 1st was the quality manufacturers equipment they stocked and 2nd was price! I was not disappointed on delivery either, arriving on date specified. Happy Customer. Will be using them again!

I had been trying to find a good adhesive for use with my "abacus" shower tray - there was too much varying and generalised information on line of exactly what to use - It was nice to see a company that sold this "bespoke" product at a reasonable price with FREE quick delivery

Dealing with My Bathrooms was easy. There was a glitch on the first order (caused by damage in transit) but once advised MB were apologetic and arranged immediate shipment of replacements. I'm a firm believer that after-sales service should always be the yardstick for measuring performance.

Next day delivery not guaranteed although stated on site!!! Spoke to the Director and it was told to us the delivery will take until the following week although in stock and we should take that time or take or money back.....As blunt and as dry as that no offers to do anything about it.... its now Wednesday the following week and neither money nor goods has turned up order places the 13th August today 20th August and after numerous phone calls the Director is too busy to return the call or even a short email to rectify 1 small order...... j would recommend a NO STAR to this company where the customer service is concerned and warn against a cowboy attitude when there is a problem......

Checked lots of sites for this shower head and all were over £50 more expensive. Delivery was quick and troublefree. Would definitely recommend

I do have a problem with air circulation in my bathroom. I need a new shower tray, cubicle and help to avoid mould. Feel I could approach this company and get sensible answers from naive questions.

Reception on arrival was excellent. and very knowledgeable member of staff ( Jacqui)
Quality of goods installed was very good with exception of drawer to sink unit that is a tiny bit out of alignment and still does not close properly without sticking - installer tried 3x to improve but still not quite right

Slightly better sign-posting on the website to tell web buyers which branch they need to contact. After a couple of phone calls i did get through to very helpful, knowledgeable staff who dealt with my order extremely promptly.

Materials turned up UNDAMAGED and when expected.
