Over the last few months I’ve shopped here on numerous occasions. I had a bit of a hiccup with an old guitar I took in but after a conversation the owner Tony really stepped up. My 31 year old fender dreadnaught is now enjoying its second life after it was sent to their luthier for a new bridge, saddle and but. The upgrade has not only given my old guitar another lease of life but it sounds incredible. Can’t thank the staff enough.

Took my j45 for a set up, after two failed set ups by someone else, great service and now the guitar played perfectly.

I ordered a guitar case on the 22nd December - I had accepted that I was unlikely to get it before Christmas, but somehow it made it to me less than 24 hours later. I’m so impressed by their service and very grateful. Delivery arrived in perfect condition and the website was easy to use.

I visited Musicstreet in Huntingdon today to try out a few acoustic guitars, and I have to say that Tony and Jordan were incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. They gave me space to explore different options, answered every question clearly, and made me feel completely at ease while trying out instruments — no pressure, just proper guidance and enthusiasm for what they do.

In a world where dedicated guitar shops are becoming harder to find, Musicstreet feels like a real gem. It’s a place run by people who genuinely care about the instruments they sell and the players who buy them. I’m delighted with my new Martin DX1E, and I’ll certainly be returning in the future. Highly recommended.

Sam is always helpful helped set up a few of my guitars now good string advice another employee (I don’t know his name) but was working today also very polite and helpful he helped me buy my acoustic the other week.

Great service took my Gibson sg 61 in for set up as brought second hand highly recommend these guys plays amazing now been set up by music street al so bought guitar accessories from shop also regular top quality service

He was so incredibly helpful and asked how I wanted the guitar set up and even gave some excellent advice regarding my learning progression with these beautiful instruments.
It’s that extra effort and going that extra mile that has made this experience really stand out.

I purchased a preloved Gibson Hummingbird Faded from Musicstreet, it arrived this morning perfectly set up and with new strings of my preferred gauge. Initially went in to get a cable and try out some guitars. This was a good experience, and I thought I'd make it my go-to shop and purchase a top notch guitar from them in the near future. Unfortunately, at home the cable did not work properly; making lots of noise which disappeared when I swapped the cable. Tried it a few times, sometimes okay, then not. I went back to the shop and the guy at the counter plugged it in to his amp, tried it and there was no noise. He just said "Sorry man, but it seems alright." He then held it up for me to take back. I told him it was no good to me so he could keep it. Disappointing service. Not even an attempt to try it on another amp or offer a solution. I walked out and obviously won't be buying my next guitar from there.

I came into the shop 2 times once to try out an amp and the second time buy some general guitar products. the first time I went to the shop to try out the amp it wasn't the best experience because I didn't get to properly play through it instead I got to watch an employee play through it and make me watch. I put this to the back of my mind though when entering the shop a second time to buy some picks, cable and some fingerboard cleaner. but I was disappointed to be spoken to rudely by the wanna be pimp at the counter. I simply asked him if they had any fingerboard cleaner for really old rosewood to hopefully get rid of odour and clean it up. and I stated that I had previously used some 0000 gauge wire wool to get all the gunk of and now I needed some sort of cleaning product. but the employee ( in his early 30s) started doubting me on ways to clean a fretboard telling me that I've been doing it wrong for 40 years and in the end he gave me the product I needed, I then went to pay for my items and he charged me £15 for a small bottle of cleaning fluid and the worst of all is that he charged me £25 for a standard steel guitar slide when I could have bought one from fender for £6.

A SCAM outfit bought the name Musicstreet.shop. They are (pretending to?) sell instruments at ridiculously low prices. I'm not sure why google allows this, but in any case, BE AWARE! Warn others about Musicstreet. shop

Great music shop, very impressed by the customer service. I highly recommend it.

Last month I purchased a PRS SE Custom 24 08 online from Musicstreet & I was absolutely thrilled with my guitar & with the help & guidance I received from them. After talking to Sam again this month I decided to purchase my dream guitar; a PRS Core Custom 24. Sam couldn't be more helpful or more knowledgeable. I now have my 2 new guitars & love them both. I can absolutely recommend Musicstreet & PRS guitars.

I have shopped instore and online with these guys. Always professional and friendly . And above all exemplary service OOH and lovely coffee.

Tried to charge me a restocking fee for a return, which is illegal to do in the UK and has been since I can remember. Had to email them links to the law as Andy chose to argue via multiple emails. Not the way to do business in this day and age, and I will not be returning.

Just to add, they delete all negative reviews from another certain review site, and I even had a phone call threatening action against me for leaving a negative review.... classy retailer right there. I wouldn't trust them with your money.

Bought a PRS from here arrived quickly but not set up correctly? Despite being told by their staff that was " on the bench" when I complained the only solution given was to send it back and get a refund? As they did not believe me! I have been a musician for over 30 years and even owned my own shop selling guitars etc and I know when a guitar is not set correctly! So at my own expence I took the guitar to my own tech who immediately confirmed that it was "straight out of the box" the action height was a bus ride to the fretboard and the nut was badly cut and trapping 2 strings making it go out of tune! I trusted them to send a playable guitar and the just sent an unopened box!

They wont get my business again for sure!

just bought a guitar yesterday after a great chat with andy on line it arrived this morning its perfect still in tune out the box packaging really good what a service some other guitar shops should take aleaf out of their book come on the rest of you get with it like music street and up your game . i shall be going back to them well done music street at last a guitar shop that does not treat you like an idiot ive been playing guitar for 58 years and have been in alot of guitar shops most i did nt like they were very clickie places which tends to put you off but things are changing again well done m s brian
