Great service. I called to ask a question about the item & got an answer quickly. Delivery was fairly quick. Our 1 year old granddaughter just loves this little music box. I wish it was able to play just a few more notes of the song though, otherwise very happy with this choice.

This is the second musical carousel that I've ordered from you. I love the quality and beautiful work on these. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a special gift for someone.

Music Boxes were delivered quickly n were beautiful. The only thing is one of the gold plates staying names, etc. was missing on one of the boxes. I sent an email but have yet to hear from them. I’m sure it will be taken care of.

This company has been great and so easy to work with and great communication. I ordered 2 music boxes for my granddaughters for Christmas which in seeing in person recently are very nice boxes. However, in seeing one had the key to wind up missing and the other the ballerina was broken. The girls are young 2 and 4 but this is what they wanted. The younger of age 2 kept trying to grab the ballerina while spinning and the other kept over winding key and somehow managed to screw off so this absolutely was no fault of the company. I contacted Music Box Attic to see about replacing the parts and cost and they immediately sent me back an email confirming the parts I needed and sent them out at absolutely no cost to me. Thank you for absolutely great service and the quick response. Hopefully they will go a little easier on them this time.

The piano music box was all that I could have hoped
for and more . . . elegant, charming . . . completely
evocative of another era when expertise and
craftsmanship was everything!! The words inscribed on the box looked exactly the way I was hoping they would . . . & the music(!) clear & wonderful! Music Box Attic had such a huge inventory of melodies to choose from that I was able to get just what I wanted (as far as a song suitable for the recipient). As the "giver" of the gift, "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" was my selection to complete a truly magical gift!!
On a "practical" note, the delivery was prompt—even sooner than I'd expected, and the customer service was outstanding!! I was fortunate to have Denny on the other end of the phone, helping me out with patience and enthusiasm . . . and a thorough knowledge of all the "moving parts"

When the 18 note movement was’t available that put me in a bind to complete the music box I was building. Music Box Attic offered 23 note movement for a substantial discount. I’ll be able to complete the order by deadline. Service has always been quick and friendly.
