DO NOT trust this company, in my experience you will waste your money, time and lose your sanity when dealing with these passive-aggressive, nasty scammers.

I’ve asked on multiple pages and since even researching and these complaints are common. I wish I’d read the negative reviews on their page as I simply trusted a couple of people who recommended the pump and bought without thinking further, needing one quickly.

First pump simply stopped turning on. They said keep it and we’ll replace. They did and it was slow postage.

When it finally arrived, it worked for a number of weeks then the screen started turning off, not showing the digits properly. I took videos and told them and they said to send them back in and if both are faulty then they’ll refund, so I express posted them back.

They emailed me photos of inside the pump showing milk damage. I said that’s impossible I literally never have my pump in a way it could be damaged. It constantly is on my bedside table and my husband takes the parts upstairs to wash. They said it is what it is and they’ll post the parts back.

I got the parts today and the motor is one million billion trillion percent not my pump.. like I’m laughing because it’s so obviously an old, scuffed, well used pump and mine was brand spanking new with no scratches at all. I even have the videos as proof.

So I email them and they ignore me. I do an online chat and they said no that’s your pump and we’re not taking to you anymore and closed the chat. My husband did a chat and they said I’m not taking responsibility for myself!? They shut down his chat too.

I’m just so upset , I get really upset over unjust situations my heart hurts from the way they handed it, I did everything right and took great pride in looking after it as it was so special to me when I never thought I could breastfeed 😭

Absolutely love Mumilk. The pump is as effective as hospital grade and it means I can pump more regularly and with ease!

Extremely low quality motors. Fake reviews from affiliated people. Stay miles away!!
Purchased 2xElla’s so that I could have a bit of freedom and mobility.
The parcel arrived 10 days after the order and the delivery driver slammed the parcel on the front porch.
A month into the use, first motor stopped working. Sent the customer service an email with the video of the issue. The motor was deemed faulty and a replacement sent in few days.
Second month into the use, the second motor broke too with the exact same issue as the first one. Sent an email and was asked to send both the motors back for assessment. I asked for a refund of my order due to the product being so unreliable and being cheap Chinese made. It was stated that if the other motor is deemed faulty too, they’ll refund, given I received 2 faulty motors.
They received my parcel back and sat on it for an exact week. I chased them up and then they got back to me saying that 1 motor was faulty for which the replacement has been given.
The other one is working perfectly fine.
A non-functional motor miraculously started working as soon as it reaches them!! Wow!! I wouldn’t have bothered spending $20 to send it back if it was working. I have dated videos of both motors in one video depicting the same issue.
So that they don’t have to refund the money, they either repaired it or replaced it as they went all quiet for a week until I followed up. They sent both the motors back and let’s see how long it lasts for. All in all, for the last 3 months I have owned these pumps, I have been without one or the other for 1 month due the faults. How’s that justified after spending a decent amount of money!!??
Was going to take it further with VCAT but can’t be bothered with a newborn and a toddler. Will lodge a complaint with ACCC about the company’s malpractices though.
Read the negative reviews for knowing about this appalling quality product. Stay away from this company and invest your hard earned money somewhere else or else you’ll regret it like I did.

Terrible product and terrible customer service!
My pump never worked. They acknowledged it was faulty, but refused me a refund even though they are legally not entitled to do so. I emailed them websites that clearly state Australian consumer law does not allow a business to deny a refund for a dodgy product and they just told me I can lodge a claim against them with the courts.
Terrible customer care! And a faulty product. Just go with the well known brand

Great breast pump, would highly recommend. Loved it so much that I bought a second one on their Black Friday sale. The team at Mumilk have been super helpful too when one of the pumps had slight suctioning issues. All has been resolved and the team were so quick and responsive! Would definitely recommend

Absolutely love this product, I purchased the Ella model - hands free! So easy to use and I can wear it while doing things around the house or easily wear it while bub is on the other breast. I have reccomended this product to my other girlfriends - great price, great customer service and great product!

Mumilk is predatory pricing. I have been looking at buying a mumilk pump for a few months now. In the past few months - everytime I have went on the website the "original price" of their products has increased by atleast $20-$40 at a time, and they seem to have a "sale" on. Except the "Sale price" is literally just the original price they had it at a month ago. This is absolutely disgusting practise, I have warned all mums I know, I spoke to the accc about this and they said this was called predatory pricing - lifting the original price of something just to put a pretend sale price on it to make it seem enticing to potential buyers. They have said that they will be looking into them as this isn't the first complaint they have received about this company. Disguisting practise, preying on mums of newborns who for a lot of us, are relying on parental payments. Do not buy from this company.

EDIT: In response to Mumilks reply. A bit of a laugh really - as an example, the pro was advertised as $149 (no sale was on). Then RRP went to $169 during the sale and, it's sale price was then '$149'. Sale turned off, RRP back down to $149. Sale now on... RRP up to $189. And the cycle rinse wash repeats for months now... The response although very well written and politically correct to minimise damage to their publicity, is meaningless considering it's untrue. Stop misleading people with your pricing. Simple.

Mumilk is a company with outstanding products. I’m a first time Mom and a friend bought me a pump from Mumilk and it exceeded my expectations for a breast pump. It was so efficient and reliable, I decided to purchase another one so I could use two at the same time. I also contacted Mumilk with an inquiry and their customer service was excellent. I will continue to purchase and use their products with no hesitation. Additionally, I plan on gifting their products to my mom friends in the future. Thank you for supporting my breastfeeding journey with your incredible products and care.

Purchased my single mumilk pro pump just in time for my first born. Have used it daily ever since and it has been a lifesaver! To be honest I never used it beyond the first setting as the other 8 started to get a bit rough for me personally. However, compared to my medela double pump which got packed away pretty quickly - the mumilk Pro was so convenient to have. Being able to pump one while feeding on the other, using while doing the dishes, getting ready for bed, or even driving to work… a wearable pump like this is the way to go. Just recently my motor experienced a fault and mumilk agreed to replace under warranty right away, no questions asked! Great product and great customer service too.

Purchased the Mumilk Ella several months ago and it has been an absolute game changer for making my life more productive again. It is so easy and discreet that I feel comfortable expressing most places. I plan to use it to take my little one solo across to the US this Christmas. Not sure that would have been possible without it.

When my pump recently had an issue, a customer service representative diagnosed it and had arranged for spare parts to be sent out within an hour of my inquiry. I was absolutely blown away by their helpfulness.

I did a lot of research before deciding on the Mumilk Breast Pump. I like that you have the choice of flange size so you know you’ll get the right fit for comfort and efficiency. The flange is silicone so softer than other brands with plastic flanges.
There are 2 modes so you can replicate to allow letdown as well as 5 levels of suction.
I also like the additional extras like the nursing bra clip extender.

I couldn't be happier with my mum milk original, which I've had for over 7 months now! It is not only super compact, easy for use and clean, but also very efficient in pumping! All without the cords and bulkiness!

An absolute game changer for us! We bought the mumilk pro after having to exclusively pump, due to a lip/tongue tie. So glad we did, made pumping so frequently so much easier, and allowed us to continue to breastfeed. I was so surprised how well it works. Highly recommend. Also lovely customer service if you have any questions or worries.

I did a lot of research before investing in a pair of portable pumps, was looking for many things and found it all with the Ella. Ease of use, timer and having the suction strength without the noise of some. The Ella is a lifesaver for those of use who have to be able to get around throughout the day. Life-Changing Convenience for Busy Moms!

This was one product I spent HOURS researching!! I finally decided on the mumilk brand as they are based in Aus and they were so easy to order with.

I cannot praise this handsfree breast pump enough! As a busy mom, juggling multiple responsibilities, this device has been an absolute lifesaver. The handsfree design allows me to pump discreetly and comfortably while tackling household chores, catching up on work, or even just kicking back with my feet up (lol not often).

I no longer feel tied down to a wall outlet, and I can attend to my baby's needs or engage in other activities while expressing milk.

This newfound freedom has significantly reduced my stress and allowed me to maintain my daily routine without interruptions.

I love love love this pump so much I've just purchased one for my friend aswell!!
