Customer service is absolutely amazing! Always Quick replies. The Ella pump themselves are amazing for me! It’s been a game changer having these and returning to work. I can pump milk and keep up feeds for Bub and eat at the same time. The pumps are comfortable to wear within my nursing tops. Motors don’t make much noise either. I’m happy with the amount of milk I am pumping! I’ve never had a huge supply but find these are effectively removing milk as needed. I pump twice a day at work

Went in for an emergency c section at 27 weeks so had to quickly organise a pump and it got delivered within 2 days. Was so easy to figure out how to use the pump and works super well! Highly recommend these pumps, they’re also really easy to clean and last a long time!

I’ve been using my Ella pump for 4 months and could not live without it. The ease of being able to pump whilst driving, cooking and cleaning my teeth has been a saviour while juggling my new bub and 4 year old. Within 15 mins I usually have enough milk collected for a feed and have not had to stop what I’m doing whilst pumping. It is comfortable to use and has been well worth the investment. I’ve used it at home, plus its compact size has meant it easy to take on holidays and out in my handbag. I feel the Ella is reasonable priced without having to spend a fortune and it delivers on what you need.
The customer service from the team is also worth noting. The online chat tool has been helpful when I’ve had questions and they are always fast to respond and help me out. The team are to be commended for this great service!

I was hesitant to get a hands-free pump as a woman with bigger breasts, as I've struggled with a few pumps not having sufficient suction for my size. However, after asking a few people, I decided I would give the Ella a go, and I have not regretted it one single bit. These pumps are so effective at draining me, and giving me the freedom to multitask, which is so helpful as a stay-at-home mum who's on her own during the day. Not only are the pumps amazing, but so is the customer service. I had assistance with a pump I brought second-hand, which they didn't have to do, and then when I had an issue with my new pump, it took Jordan all of three minutes to organise a replacement. The customer service TRULY is unmatched, and for this reason, I preach about Mumilk to anyone who will listen. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. I won't shop anywhere else!

These pumps were a lifesaver for me postpartum when my daughter had issues feeding at the breast. They allowed me to still get her the breast milk that she needed and it was so convenient to be able to pump portably and hands free! Their pumps are high quality and easy to use. Their customer service is next to none, with always answering questions promptly and providing wonderful care to Mummas. The best purchase I made postpartum.

I’m a big fan of these. I work in the baby sector so have tried out a number of different branded pumps but keep coming back to my Mumilk Ella pumps and only use these. They’re so easy and comfy to wear and I wear them whilst doing other things for the baby or even driving. I get good output out of them and like how I can see the suction level and pumping minutes on the screen. Also very easy to clean and put back together. Only constructive suggestion would be to include a stopper over the pouring hole at the top to avoid leakages if I bend over whilst wearing them. But overall these are great and I have recommended to my mum and bubs group too. Customer service is also good - if I’ve had a question they’ve come back to me with video how to’s / info

Life changing! I ordered the Ella wearable pump and when I received it, it didn’t wasnt collecting milk so I emailed the lovely team at Mumilk and asked for some help. Which they guided me and helped me measure the correct size and now I have the right size it is amazing! I use it daily while my son feeds on one side I pump the other and its perfect when your doing chores around the house! Definitely recommend to anyone needing a wearable pump, easy to use and comfortable!

I'm a mum of 3 and not new to breastfeeding. during my pregnancy I was worried about feeding and pumping so i bought the top of the line brand name pump. We successfully solely breastfed for the first 8weeks until we hit a bump in the road and bubs wasn't gaining weight. I was advised by a midwife to start pumping and give top ups I spent 3weeks stressed and emotional using the pump I thought was a trusted pump and watched my supply drop barely got any milk and baby still wasn't gaining. It was late one night I found an ad for mumilk I looked it over and over and went with my gut. What intrigued me was the handsfree option and the smaller inserts it got me thinking was this my problem all these years not having the right size flange. So I thought if the pump didn't work maybe the flange inserts would work with my other pump anyway. So I ordered the mumilk pro and waited for its arrival I literally waited at the doorstep the morning it was due for delivery. I ran inside unpacked it washed it and put it on I got 80mls on my first pump I broke down with happy tears knowing I had just found a miracle this was going to save our breastfeeding journey. It's been just over 2 weeks and my bub has gained 300g and I'm now working on getting my supply back up. For the first time ever I have two bags in the freezer. I am able to be a mum whilst pumping to my other two children. I cook dinner, do school runs, washing dishes, folding laundry. Im able to be about whist pumping for my baby. I love how easy it is to clean and put together even during those long nights. It so convenient I put it together put it in my bra and away I go, no stress no hassles just the sound of milk pumping which is music to my ears. My kids love it too because mum can spend time with them not like the other pumps I've used. If your looking for a pump honestly from one mumma to another give this a go! I have the pro and just bought the Ella so will give an updated review of the Ella once I receive it, although I know I'll be happy as this is the same pump just with added features

An honest lifesaver for both breastfeeding journeys. Having back to back babies and wanting a hands free pump so I can still run around and get things done around the home and playing with my toddler the Mumilk Pro was a game changer. I found it provided me with more milk than any other pump I’d used. Especially with my second baby I found it a lifesaver and timesaver. I could pump everywhere and anywhere. Whilst driving, feeding, cleaning and even mowing the lawns. It’s easy to use, quiet for if I’m pumping around my baby and quick to wash. Would purchase a million times over.

I have used the original mumilk for the past 3 years and recently upgraded to the mumilk Ella. I have absolutely loved them both. I have been able to express so well with either pump for all 3 of my babies.
I do prefer the Ella because of its automatic function where I don’t have to switch from massage to express mode. I just pop it in my bra and go! I pump in the car, at work, while working out in my home gym. The Ella is also so quiet so I can use it while putting the toddlers to bed or while my husband is asleep next to me.

Your bump was a live saver during the day throughout our 6week NICU stay. Helped me feel confident and pump when I wanted to with out having to have my tits out when the drs came by!!

These pumps allow you to be hands-free and largely mobile, easily cleaned and sterilised. With the many things mums need to get through with what little time we have, this freedom means a lot! They are also easily portable.
The pump parts may need changing after a while, mine - despite still 'pumping' - failed to draw out any milk. Mumilk's customer service team is top notch and fast to respond to any issues.

The Ella Breast Pump is hands down the most efficient and easy to use breast pump I’ve owned. After encountering a minor issue with one of my pumps, I reached out to the company and I was thoroughly impressed with how promptly the friendly team provided support to help resolve my issue.
I was sent parts via express post that same day to assist with identifying which part required replacing. I’m so grateful for the friendly support and reassurance provided that ensured I was still able to keep up my supply in the meantime.

I’m a first time mum and I’ve been using the mummilk Ella breast pumps for over 10 months now, they have been an absolute godsend from day one! The pumps do an amazing job and the fact that I’m able to pump milk for my little bub on the go was a game changer. Which mum do you know with new born that has time to sit there for 20 min and pump?!?! I know I don’t. Just clip them in your bra and off you go.
I would also like to mention the fantastic customer service you get when buying from an Australian owed and based company! Honestly, they were always eager to help with anything I required almost instantly.

The customer service is good. Very prompt to reply to emails and happy to help out where they can. I think the pump itself is good for a portable pump but I don't have anything to compare to. I would recommend buying two to reduce pumping time or buying a second set of accessories so your entire life isn't consumed by sterilising your pump. Unfortunately the flange size is way off, so definitely measure up and order an insert at the time of your order to avoid paying extra delivery costs later on.

I ordered the Ella pro when my baby was a week or 2 old as I was having to pump to feed due to latching issues, it was taking me about 2 hours every feed to feed and then pump with an electric pump. I paid express postage thinking as long as I had it in a couple days it was ok I could do an extra couple days. Thankfully the pump came the next day! If it hadn’t arrived when it did I don’t think I would still be breastfeeding today as it was a struggle. I have since ordered a second one, and now thankfully do not need to pump every feed like I used to. The Ella pump assisted to me ensure my supply kept up with my babies demand. Would absolutely recommend this pump to every one! It’s hands free and so easy to use, just slip into the bra and continue with what ever it is you need to do

Purchased the Ella portable pump after trying the Medela and Spectra corded models. From the Ella, I get so much more milk and the pumping process is not painful at all. It clips on so easily inside a bra and if you wear a loose shirt or jacket, no one can even see that you’re pumping. The charge lasts for multiple pumps and because it’s USB-C, you can even charge it in the car from your phone charger. Could not recommend this pump more highly!!
