Writing this before I get my parcel. But I can always edit if something goes wrong. Need by tmrw and Royal Mail lost my parcel. (Typical) the store happily helped and got me another one next day delivery with dpd free of charge. Fingers crossed I get it but honestly 100/10 customer service. Really good. Thanks again. Royal Mail are trash. Don’t order with them tho

Ordered a Leatherman super tool set for my partner for Christmas. It came with a handy pouch and oil to keep it working smoothly. We got it engraved so it hopefully won’t get pinched at work on site! Super speedy delivery and a lovely product all well packaged and presented in a nice box. Can’t comment on its usefulness until we give it to him but I’m sure he will be very pleased with its multi function. Great company to deal with I would recommend.
