Ordered a new Mondraker Crafty XR from MTB Mondter in December. It took some time to deliver in Guernsey BUT I got it before Christmas

More importantly, their communication was great and I had to complete and personal dimensions forms - height and weight etc. this meant that my bike arrived completely dialed. The Ohlins suspension was set up to such a great extent, I did not have to touch it - I just checked base pressures before riding expecting to make a change. Didn’t need to it was perfect. Did a day at Bike Park Wales and the bike was mint. Really chuffed.

AMAZING! I looked at many different sites when I was thinking about buying a new bike and chose MTB Monster as it had the best deal on the bike I wanted. However, I would have gladly paid more if I had known what amazing service I was going to get, as well as a fantastic bike.
I ordered my bike one day, it was dispatched the next and then I heard from the delivery company that it was being delivered the following day!
I was kept fully informed of the process both by MTB Monster and the delivery company.
My bike was well packed and MTB gave full instructions on how to put the bike together (which only involved putting the handlebars and front wheel on).
I phoned them on one occasion just on a query I had about the bike and my call was answered and dealt with immediately. I also had an online chat which was also most helpful.
I cannot fault MTB one single bit and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Found a great deal with MTB monster, their communication was excellent and timely. Bike was delivered and it was very well packed and everything easy to find. My only very slight criticism would be they used another bike box to send my bike in, not a major issue but caused a slight panic as it was unloaded by the delivery team, not sure why they wouldn’t use original boxes? But all in all, highly recommended and would use again for a purchase of another bike!

So I went into MTB Monster not actually thinking I would walk out with one, The advice I was given was unbelievable and really helpful. The showroom is jaw dropping. I was hoping to ride Snowdon the next day (but my riding buddy was a letdown) so I ended up riding rivington, and wow what a difference it is riding an emtb. The mondraker chaser is amazing, such a fun bike to ride. A massive thank you to everyone involved in helping me out

My new EMTB purchase from MTB Monster was very easy using their website from my mob phone. A friend who had previously purchased his own bike from them had recomended Mtb Monster and recomended the bike as being on good value offer:
(Trek Rail 9.5 Gen 4 2024). Once I had paid my deposit the order was processed and the bike was safely delivered in the timescale and within the 3hr timeslot they provided by email. Note they adjusted the suspension for my weight and reassured me of suitability when I contacted them over some doubts about sizes. The bike was obviously set up well with all checks ticked and signed for! I only had to fit: front/wheel/pedals/handlebar.
Since purchase I have taken the bike on an off road "Trip Callander to Killin" and although not Enduro trail I'm over the moon with bikes performance.

Very pleased with how my ebike was delivered. Well packaged and clear instructions to put it together.
