I bought really big and nice sofa. After a week it started to become very loose. I am not really happy about price and sofa match. Sofa for 1.4k should be well standing and not loose. However, it is still usable.

Kupiłam sofę niecałe rok temu,jest bardzo mało używana,ani razu nie była rozłożona do spania.I niestety zrobiła sie prawie nie do użytku,deski na siedziskach zrobiły sie bardzo odczuwalne,co uniemożliwia siedzenie,i zagłówek nie spełnia swojej funkcji,sofę do tanich nie należała. Obsługa klienta,jest niezadowalajaca,rzeczoznawca który przyszedl,usiadł, zrobił sobie zdjęcie, stwierdził ze poduszki na siedziskach są za cienkie.Dostalam odpowiedź od firmy,ze zagłówek zostanie wymieniony,a reszta to z winy użytkowania,to ja sie pytam jakiego użytkowania,ze sofa stoi praktycznie bez używania,czasem tylko ktoś usiądzie,a co by było jakby, na nej sie spało? Wynika na to,ze to tylko mebel do ozdoby,teraz nawet usiąść nie bardzo jest wygodnie,Nie polecam nikomu.

Good sofa at reasonable price.

I've bought a few times from msofas over the years. Always top quality, very durable and personalised when it comes to fabrics and colours which make the whole experience very tailored to your needs. Delivery takes long most of the times but it is totally expected when you buy something custom made. The customer service is always friendly and quick to reply. My oldest sofa from msofas has been going on for 7 years now still almost like new and tested multiple times from my 2 young kids. We always recommend Msofas to our friends and will continue to do so! Keep it up!!

I absolutely love this sofa! It's even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The seat is perfectly balanced—neither too firm nor too soft—and the fabric is of excellent quality. It instantly transformed the atmosphere of my living room. I recommend it 100%!
