Had mot, failed due to rear fog lamps not working after later investigation found there was nothing wrong..
Just needed to know how to switch them on.
Re-booked and when I returned suggested I show the examiner how to switch them on and was dismissed quite sharply I tried to explain that I think the examiner might not know how they work and again was dismissed with the comment he has to be alone and insurance won't cover me so let them get on with it while watching from reception.
I could see that he couldn't get them to work 5 minutes later the first man I had spoken too walked in to reception and d ignored me followed by his colleague who asked me to show the examiner how to turn them on, so insurance wasn't that much of a problem as I did mention, reply it will be okay.
I turned fog lights on and the second man asked me to show him how I did it and then said that the lights stalk must be on the way out which I told him it isn't and again was told that I was wrong!!which i replied i wasn't as I had googled it and that is what you do! Very rude.
I'm a 66 year old man and have never meet a more miserable,ignorant, unsociable lot and will not be returning .

Always a great experience at Mr Tyre, Stafford. Cannot fault the guys that work here, really helpful.

Easy to book. Fast and efficient service. Never pressured to have extra work done and I find they don't tell you extra things need doing unless it's actually needed. Highly recommended.

Lost a star, as £10 off mot vanished when I added oil and filter change.
MOT 8.30am and told oil change was booked at 10.30am when I arrived.
Would have thought done one after the other.
