Everyone I am dealing with at MRI is helpful and responsive.

MRI is easy to use; when needed, customer support is quick and helpful.

Just had an integration question. Was answered quickly and my issue was very easy to solve. Support is always easy to work with

MRI is NOT the same company it used to be, The client services for cases is the worst I have seen in the last 30+ years. Each service request takes them more than 10 days to resolve. Before they would come on a webx call and resolve issues right away.
Also the pricing on products has sky rocketed.
I would go with another provider.

Most of customer service reps are very knowledgeable and are quick to answer my questions. "Gibbs" I think the name was, was no exception. These were a couple easy questions for him but very important to me. Thank you, sir.

While your customer service is excellent, the product is archaic. Usability = poor
The software is like something from the late-90's

The rep knew exactly what to do and was very helpful.

Easy to use. Simple to execute the document and easy for the recipient.

I got the help I needed with my credentials.

Due to new tax regulations we are sadly having to change programs. Having used MRI for over 10 years, we are sad to see it go as it has done everything we asked and more. Great property management software.
