I lost the mower key in the long grass
I lost the mower key in the long grass. An hour of searching proved fruitless. Internet search was more successful and I ordered a replacement key Tuesday 1900hrs. It arrived Thursday morning! Thank you so much. (I found the key Wednesday morning!)

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry that your delivery did not arrive within the promised timeframe.
Your order was despatched by us on Thursday using DPD’s premium next-day-before-12 service, so it should have been delivered by midday on Friday. Unfortunately, DPD failed to make the delivery as scheduled, despite the parcel having left us on time and on the correct service.
As soon as we became aware of the problem, I personally escalated the matter with DPD, including contacting one of their directors directly to ensure that the delivery was prioritised. The parcel was subsequently delivered at approximately 8am on Monday morning.
We completely understand the frustration caused when a time-sensitive delivery does not arrive when expected, particularly when a premium delivery service has been used. While the original delay was outside our direct control, we nevertheless took responsibility for chasing DPD and escalating the issue at the highest level available to us to get the parcel delivered as quickly as possible.
Please accept our apologies again for the inconvenience caused by DPD’s failure to deliver on Friday.

You sent to an incomplete address so Royal Mail Parcelforce could not deliver.
Parcelforce were a nightmare and I could not get a redelivery.
In fairness whilst you were a bit slow you did respond and offered a refund . So thank you for that.

We would just like to clarify one point for anyone reading the review. The delivery address used by us was the address provided when the order was placed. Unfortunately, the house name was not included in the original order details, which meant Parcelforce did not have the complete address required to make the delivery.
We appreciate that the subsequent attempts to arrange redelivery were frustrating, and we are sorry that the matter took longer than either of us would have liked to resolve.
Once the issue was brought to our attention, we worked with you to try to resolve it and ultimately offered a refund.
