Having worked with Kikku in selling two of my properties in Ealing Broadway, I can only say that it has been an amazing experience to see how he and Moveli have been able to achieve excellent buyers for the asking prices. I told my solicitor that having dealt with nearly half the local agents over the past 42 years in Ealing, I have never met a more dedicated agent who works 24x7 to deal with the buyers, chase everyone including me, the buyers’ brokers and the solicitors to get the sale completed efficiently and smoothly. In my opinion and in the opinion of all those involved in the sale: No one could ever achieve such results

Amazing experience with Kikku, extremely professional, practical, total trust. He sold my house in West Road, Ealing W52QL, he kept my house keys with furniture, took great care, found a buyer in less than 1 month, managed to sell for the price I asked and helped me with everything, all the paperwork because we live abroad, I was lucky to have Kikku, helping us with everything we needed until the sale was finalised. We worked with Philip Knight @ Moveli and sold our house in summer 2024. We had not worked with Philip before, but we knew that he had decades of experience as an agent in the area, so it was an easy choice for us to make. He put together a full marketing plan, including a set of photographs and online media programme which showed the house better than we could have imagined. He took our feedback on the sales blurb with good humour and sorted out the EPC. He was incredibly helpful with the pricing decision and gave realistic advice about that, backed up by plenty of current local knowledge and years of local experience. We had a sale agreed within about 4 weeks of launch and safely completed. Yes, that is what estate agents do for a living and what they’re paid for. However what Philip also gave us was exceptional personal attention. He conducted the viewings himself; gave immediate feedback on each; kept a ‘ runner up’ happy whilst negotiations were underway and most importantly was readily available to us by phone to chat and where necessary reassure, throughout the process to completion. Especially when things got a bit stressy! We never doubted his commitment to us as clients and would not hesitate to use Philip again.

If you’re a home owner and wondering why your property is still on the market it’s because their estate agent team are incredibly unorganised.

I had to call them three times to try get a viewing to buy a property booked with the first two times being told they would call me back but never did.

I arrived early for the viewing and they didn’t even turn up. I called the number on rightmove twice with each time being told they’ll notify their team and yet heard nothing back.

I give up with these estate agent - I would not trust to purchase a property using them.

Movelli Battersea are awful

I viewed a property with a Movelli Estate Agent on the Albert Bridge Road, all fine. But I arranged to go back the following morning with my wife, I did this in person face to face and later confirmed this in a text.

The following morning my wife and I got a black cab to the property to ensure that we made the appointment on time. We waited at the property for 25 minutes before calling the relator, he claimed that the appointment was not made because he did not reply to my text. Unbelievable!

Seriously avoid if you can.

Wayne provided us with an exemplary service and went above and beyond his duties as an Estate Agent to help us sell our one-bedroom flat and purchase our present home.

Wayne went the extra mile in communicating with our Solicitor, and the buyers Solicitor for the property that we were selling, which he was not contracted to do, but wanted to help us sell the property and buy our presents one.

Absolutely superb experience. Sold my flat in London at a time when market was very quiet and challenging. The agents I had first used were useless and I had to part company. Charlie from moveli was recommended by a friend. He had some very specific advice and guidance as to quick changes to the property to make it show better. And also a clear idea of a better asking price to be more competitive. I had an offer which I accepted within 48 hours and Charlie then worked superbly through what turned out to be quite a difficult process and got it through to completion. Roberto at Moveli was fantastic and really made our house purchase as straight forward as can be.

He was very informed on the property; rather than simply opening the door to let us take a look, he guided us through the home explaining things, as well talking through potential renovation options.

In terms of managing our offer, Roberto worked very hard up the chain to get things closed quickly and efficiently. Up until completion he was very engaged, providing constant updates and following up with other stakeholders where necessary to push things long.

I used Roberto to sell my parents house. He went above and beyond to find a buyer and get the best price. He made himself available 24/7 and nothing was too much trouble. This is not a High Street estate agent and the experience was so much better! I can not recommend enough.

Chris recently found a buyer for my very much loved flat which I had lived in for 27 years. I had sought a buyer who would love the property as much as I had. He more than succeeded in this task. He pulled together a great brochure, updated me on viewings/ online hits regularly and helped us both exchange and complete contracts within a tight timeframe. I worked with Roberto for the first time last year. I had been receiving information about his services and really liked how different his approach was to the regular high street agents.

Amazing service, far better setup than usual agencies. James sold our flat in Fulham for £50k more than the closest valuation we received from a high street estate agent.

He was pro-active and we found him to be an excellent negotiator, telling us that he could get more for our property when fair offers came in. He advised us before we put it on the market to update the garden (which we did) amongst some other small touches that would maximise our selling position. He was really caring and knew a lot about the area when he first came over.

I’ve had mixed experiences with agents in the past, James seemed to love what he was doing - and was great at it too.

It is extremely rare for me to feel obliged to write a review. However, given the ridiculously-high level of customer care you demonstrated in selling my house, I feel compelled to do so.

Throughout the whole sales process, Robert demonstrated the very highest-levels of trust professionalism. At each and every step, Robert regularly kept me informed of the progress. Sometimes even on a daily-basis. How many estate agents would care enough to do that?

When there were hiccups in the selling process (When isn’t there?), Robert was immediately on-hand to deal with them super-efficiently and way above the level of care that I would have expected.

Like so many people, when it comes to choosing the right estate agent, sometimes it can be a lottery in knowing just who to pick?

Is there another estate agent as good as Robert Coules of Moveli; who knows?… But what I do know is, that in my 63 years on this planet, and having bought nearly 20 properties, I have never met another estate agent that comes even a close second to Robert Coules in representing a property on my behalf.

I cannot recommend enough, the over and beyond level of service that I received during a recent property transaction. Moveli and specifically Robert Coules were a delight to work with. Transactions are stressful particularly when you are relying on third parties, solicitors etc to get things done. Robert chased things down, ensured communication between all and did literally anything he could do to keep the transaction alive and to speed up the deal. I couldnt ask for more and will be recommending to friends and family!

Roberto sold our house for us. He was more than proactive, we’d tried previously with another high street estate agent, they over priced it, and never really put much effort in. With Movelli we had a second offer which we accepted within two weeks of listing it, Roberto made sure the whole process was as painless as possible, liaising with our buyers, solicitors etc to make sure it all went through smoothly and without delay, it was less than 3 months from listing to completion. Roberto also offered us sound advice for the property we were buying and was around if we needed him to negotiate or answer any problems that came up with our purchase. Roberto is the most spectacular estate agent I have ever encountered! He goes far above and beyond including doing Sunday viewings (if convenient) and even on one occasion picking up a prospective buyer who didn’t have transport!
This is a totally different class of estate Agent that caters to your circumstances!
