Super service
Had superb service from both Sam and Dave. They answered my questions thoroughly and quickly. Both explained the service and were easy to contact. Dave together a great package and explained what happens next. Although he has passed me on to Amy Dave has said he is available if I have any questions or issues. As promised Amy contacted me today and the great service continues. This is the first time I have purchased a car this way and I can’t think why it took me so long. I will definitely recommend to friends in the qualifying occupations.

I was very wary and suspicious
I was very wary and suspicious of purchasing a car from Motor Source as it seemed to good to be true. I left my review untill after delivery. The order process was easy. I waited several months and the car was delived on a low loader. The car was undamaged and the specifications as ordered. The car was delived from Leeds to north scotland and arrived during the morning with great communication from the delivery driver. I'm unsure why there was 14 miles on the clock and only 1 mile of petrol in the tank. I would have appreciated a little more communication from Motor Source at times but they always replied to emails and were easy to contact by phone. All things considered they did really well and I would certainly use them again. Great service and great value for money.

It's great to hear how easy you found our order process and delivery of your new car. 14 miles on the clock is very low, unfortunately it is impossible to deliver a new car without any mileage on at all due to inspections and tests it would go through and also moving it to facilitate delivery to you too. We are however speaking to the delivery supplier regarding fuel though as we would also expect more than 1 mile.

Great Experience So Far….
I was a bit worried about buying a new car in this way but so far the experience has been faultless. Dave has been very patient as I changed my mind from one model to the next!! Everything has been explained clearly and no sales pressure whatsoever. Order now confirmed and I’ve been handed over to Claire for the delivery side of things. Again she has been very clear with what happens next. Just a waiting game now!
