Great service. I’ve been purchasing my motorcycle tyres from Moto-Tyres for some time now and always had quick and efficient service. Delivery is usually within a couple of days via a reputable courier. Would definitely recommend.

While trying to place an order I encountered an issue with the amount of available characters for my address (There was enough space for a house number and a street name. My building name & number conflict with the street of the same name, it's important to be specific or stuff often goes missing ).

I called their support and was told repeatedly to "make it shorter it in some way". While trying to explain the issue I was talked over repeatedly. The rep appeared to find it funny, and said "What am I to do?" without even pausing for a suggestion.

The guys done ok. My only annoyance was that once my tyre was ordered,they seemed to leave it to me to deal with DPD. And as my tyre came from Germany.,it was a right butt ache. Try a different courier and the reviews will get more positive.

Tyres arrived 2 days earlier than originally quoted, best price I could find, just wish they had an email address that you can contact in case of query. The email you get when the order has been placed is a "no reply" type and the phone number just connects you to a robot who says his name is James.. All in all though, can't moan too much as they deliver on time or sooner and the prices are good.

The whole process from initial order to delivery was excellent. Moto Tyres kept me informed throughout the order.

Wish i had red the reviews before! As others have said it is NOT a uk co. The address would have you belive otherwise! They are just an agent with an office in witney. The tyre did not arrive when they indicated.I could'nt speak on the phone as the wait was soo long. I sent an e mail and said i would want my money back if tyre did not arrive this week. They said it was in customs, which i could see from the tracking...supposedly from 7th oct to 17th butthen another 2 days. it was eventually delivered, but i would not buy from them again.
