Placed an order 7 days ago, haven’t received yet, emailed and phoned them, no response at all

Ordered a cricket items 6 days ago, the order hasn't arrived, not a major problem but they ignore emails and the listed phone number is ringing out and saying it doesn't exist. This is why independent retailers go out of business and the big shops claim the business.

Bought a set of cricket balls. Good service. Collected what was available in stock, still waiting for the second delivery

The bat supplied was fine and what I expected. I was very disappointed by the knocking in service provided. I have usually knocked in bats by hand before but decided to pay Morrant to use a machine to do it. They said the toes and edges would need doing further but when I received it the bat looked untouched. The middle of the bat marked straight away with an old ball which isn't acceptable. Save your money and don't pay £40 for the knocking in service. I spent the Easter weekend doing it properly.

DO NOT BUY. They have taken money from my account twice two weeks apart. For the product I purchased ones. I am yet to review the product

Thanks for your response- but that not true at all. I’ve email you again now… respond to that and sort this. As money has been taken twice from my account!

I bought a couple of expensive cricket bats - they arrived quickly and were exactly as described. Unfortunately I had ordered bats with the wrong weight, so I had to return them. I'm happy to say Morrant processed the return and refunded me promptly - and also sent some suggestions for lighter bats which might have been a better option. I'd buy from them with confidence.

New bat bought in person £270. Knocked in religiously, waxed (bought at the same time as the bat), first outing in the nets (U15's - old balls indoor nets) ball went through the face twice causing splits. Took it back, no one to talk to, left it there - two weeks later I chase them - you cannot make a phone call to them - Email only !!
Needless to say four weeks later still no news - another email sent - the after sales service is a joke - avoid ay all costs unless you live near there and can do business in person.

No update after order confirmation. Put an order in over a week ago. Emailed them multiple times - no responses at all. Phone lines aren't taking calls.

I brought 2 cricket bat covers for £18 and they sent me different ones like they were copies of the bay cover they weren’t the original bay cover that was shown in the picture I request people who order from here to not buy it because they will send you the wrong thing

Great service. When the cricket bat I wanted was no longer available the team were in touch the next working day with an alternative which was then delivered next day.
Great range of bat sizes too - one of the few places I could get a long bladed bat.

A proper sports supplier. Expert advice and prices are really competitive. Placed order on Wednesday evening, all arrived Thursday morning. Very good.

Fast becoming my go-to site for warm layers to wear when cycling.

Seriously wouldn't have survived a cycle from London to Brighton without the cycle shorts (there's an image you probably didn't want in your head), base layer gloves, and hydration pouch I got from Morrant. A decent long sleeve base layer also went a long way (literally).

Have seen similar products elsewhere, but not at the prices on Morrant. It's like they permanently have a sale on, but with useful kit instead of the usual stock clearance I've seen on other sites.

I managed a 7-a-side football team based in Northamptonshire and after getting a bit of sponorship money dicided to take the opportunity to purchase the "Precision training ultimate speed agility kit" from Morrant.

The item arrived much sooner than expected and was great value for around £130! This kit contains everythign you need to get you teams fitness up and running including cones, hurdles laders and even a speed chute! Needless to say I was very impress with the product & value (although the same probably couldnt be said for my team when I got them running!)

My husband ordered an Adidas cricket bat from morrant which he required knocking in so that it would be ready to use when it arrived. When he telephoned he was assured that it could be sent out by the end of the week. When Friday arrived he telephoned morrant again and they said he had been given incorrect information and it would take a couple of weeks as there was noone available to do the knocking in. He said that this was fine but that he was disappointed they hadnt just told him this in the first place. Two weeks later he rang again and they said it was now ready and would be with him the next day. With still no sign of the bat we have rang again and morrant have said it will be with us by the end of the week! Whether it turns up or not is anyones guess! The prices are good however the customer services have given many conflicting stories as to why its still not here and we are fed up!
