Huge rip off scam artist. Do not purchase anything from Alex Varghese or Morphy Mail. The software never worked properly. NEVER!! When you reach out for help, they want more money. Even though we bought a lifetime license. This guy will always find a way to try to get more money out of you. Stay away!!

Exar, MorphyMail, Gorilla Contact ALL worthless
Exar, Morphymail and Gorilla Contact are all from this same company. My Gorilla Contact dashboard has been hacked and all of my contacts are gone... as well as the mailing lists, campaigns, etc. This is not OK and support is NOT responding. Do NOT TRUST this company. Sonia, Neethu and Alex will gouge your for repairs to their broken software. I have a strong list of validated subscribers, yet mail still gets delivered to spam. And their platform breaks constantly yet they will charge YOU to fix it as though it were your fault and not their crappy software. Also, all the stats are in Adobe Flash, which has been discontinued, so you cant actually generate the graphs from the statistics. I've attached a screenshot of our conversation from 2/25/21 this year (the last time it broke). They asked for $30. I asked them to send me an invoice for $90 just so that I could have something reliable, and I have attached that screenshot as well. That didn't work. My dashboard got hacked and is still hacked: proxappmail[dot]com/inter/admin Save your money and go with a legitimate company. This company operates as Morphymail, Gorilla Contact, exar.in ... and MANY others. It is an absolute scam.
UPDATE: 1/12/24 In response to the reply from the company. Really? I needed to contact OVH? That would have been nice to know, but instead your support NEVER told us that. In fact every time I talked to support they just wanted to charge me more money. Your service is not worth the POOR support and price gouging.

Exar software research pvt ltd, was founded in year 2009 and office was based in infopark, koratty, kerala and was operational with 17 staffs until 2016 august in infopark campus. In the year 2017 january office was shifted to thrissur town. Fatma Innovations Ltd, london, united kingdom is the child company of exar software research pvt ltd and was formed in 2021. Sonia, neethu all were our employees during the period which you have left this review. It is true that some of the graphs in the delivery tracking portal was in adobe flash. I donot remember your case now. If your dashboard of gorillacontact has been hacked by hackers, how are we responsible for that. Each gorillacontact installations are done on linux vps from ovh.com or contabo.com if hackers attacks the server on ovh.com, you must have contacted ovh.com for support since they knows how to handle the hackers better than us. Previously we were having a one time fees for gorillacontact and was charging seperately for support which was already written in our website at the time when you have purchased it. Now we have gorillacontact as a $49/month subscription and support fees are included in it. Year 2024 is our 15th year in business and over 12000 people all over the world has benefitted from our company in past 15 years.

which software are you talking about? morphymail desktop version or cloud version? Both these softwares are used by more than 12000 people in internet . and why does it doesnot work for you ?
SCAMMERS. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO BUILD A WORKING SMTP.
This People are not what they do. I paid for SMTP server from them and since I paid I have not been able to use the SMTP. I paid 75 dollars. And their customer service is nonsense. The Morphymail software is very sluggish, heavy and send long speed is very slow. Not good for Marketing.
Please avoid them because they do not know what they are doing 2jen it comes to selling SMTP to you.

Our system admins are having more than 10 years of experience in linux, power mta installations, web panels and knows how to issue commands through terminal. The product morphy unlimited smtp server is being sold to thousands of people every year. It is true that our support is slow because , we have to handle too much of our clients. We have completely stopped phone support and all support are done via chat widget located in bottom right of our website. We are even planning to stop whatsapp support due to the increased number enquiries and less staff to handle. But we can assure you efficient resolution of your problems via crisp.
The email software does not work. Unreliable Company.

what do you mean by it doesn't work? that is not a clear question upon which some action can be done. please explain where are you stuck and i will tell you the solution. If you donot know how to operate it, please study it first from the videos in the website. If you have doubts even after watching videos, use the chat widget on bottom right of our website to get technical support. Please donot do vague comments in trustpilot.
