Super efficient transaction- carriage to the Isles no problem

Oh absolutely thrilled with this product (highland all in one body wash). Cannot live without it0! Bathing & showering is bliss due to the complete clean feeling all day. Brilliant product would cry if it became unavailable ha it’s that good!!!

There has been no communication regarding delivery, which costs £12, and it has been a week. Not the service I was expecting. Very disappointing as need the products for my business.

I wanted to order plastic pumps for the 5 litre refill soap containers I had previously ordered, but discovered that on the website I was restricted to ordering a maximum of 4 pumps. When I was then charged £10 shipping this virtually doubled the total cost.If I had been able to order more pumps this wouldn't have seemed so bad!

Wonderful product, easy to order and quick service, are staff and crew are delighted.

Simple to order online, delivery good.

I found it difficult to track my order using the supplementary app. Would be much better to add the tracking function to your web pages rather than rely on yet another app.
One of the four boxes of my order was not sealed, had burst open, but all contents were correct.
Other than that, the Au Lait product is of good quality and well worth having.

Order placed on-line very quickly - pricing is spot on and delivery was prompt.

Lovely product but disappointed when I ordered 12 bottles that none of them had pumps on them. I have since ordered these but felt that the postage at £10 was very expensive for such a small package.

The products are 5 Star as is the service!

Ordered a box of 340 25g Sea Kelp soaps for our self catering holiday rental as thought having two wrapped unused bars of soap per bathroom per rental, would be preferable to liquid soap in these extraordinary times. Just wish I could have ordered the rest of the range in the miniature bottles but in smaller quantities so I could mix and match the range but still order the overall quantity of one box of a single item. Heh ho!

Sea Kelp is my favourite Scottish fine soap. I wanted my guests to experience it. Great to a have refill option for our holiday cottages. Well package and arrived in good time Thank you
