Hi Richard,
thank you for your order and for your review. I can see that we contacted you on the 2nd June at 10:44 in regards to your billing address details failing our security checks.

It would appear that on the 11th June your order was cancelled and therefore the payment was denied and so any impressions of the amount being taken will have been removed as acceptance of the money was never confirmed due to the details on the order not satisfying our security measures.

Hi Lewis,
thank you very much for your order and for your feedback. I can see that your order was placed on Saturday 30th May at 13:09, we dispatched your order on the earliest possible day Monday 1st June. According to the tracking, I can see that Hermes attempted delivery on the 8th and successfully completed the delivery.

We are very sorry for the delay. We trialled the Hermes service for a couple of weeks in an attempt to reduce overheads and operational costs which continue to cripple our razor-thin margins and in all honesty, the service was an improvement on Royal Mail within those 2 weeks however the service then started to deteriorate and negatively affect thousands of our customers to the point where we stopped using Hermes and reverted back to using Royal Mail. Much to the relief of our loyal customers.

Hi Maciek,
thank you for your order and stinging review. I would like to address a couple of issues you have raised. Firstly we can be bothered to help you and resolve the issue. Having reviewed the communication from my colleague the responses suggests exactly that.

You informed us that an item from the order had arrived damaged on Tuesday 2nd June at 15:30, my colleague replied and apologies whilst asking for images of the damage on Wednesday 3rd at 10:18. You kindly sent the images the same day at 12:51, my colleague replied back asking for more images that to help with our claim the same day at 14:40. at 16:02 you sent further images and my colleague thanked you for the images the same day at 17:06.

We were quite happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund from this point until you sent a rather blunt and rude email back to my colleague. A dispute was then raised on the 3rd June at 20:49 therefore we were unable to act and do anything until the dispute had been closed or resolved which simply adds greater delay to proceedings.
