This Company use unreliable delivery methods like Yodel. Iv been waiting on my parcel for ages no sign of it. This is the second time this has happened with this company I am no longer willing to use them and will be asking for an full refund.

Really disappointed that I ordered 2x…
Really disappointed that I ordered 2x dog food for a repeat order, first price happy with but on the second delivery price had gone up by £17. Really disappointing as i wasn’t warned in an email only when my order was out for delivery and too late to cancel then. Won’t be using again .

Never use again
Ordered flea sprays, bombs and treatment after looking on website 2-5 days. Still no sign after 10 days to say it’s only now come into warehouse, had i not rang I think I’d still be waiting, 12 days sitting in a flea infested house while my poor dogs scratched themselves raw as I had no money left after spending 80 quid on these
