Chris was very easy to communicate with. Knew exactly what was required. He managed expectations in terms of wait times, given I ordered at a peak time. I was assigned last minute to go on an overseas deployment for the first time in years so my medal ribbon for my Royal Navy ceremonial uniform needed a big update. I rang the mobile number to see how quickly he could turn around the task. He answered straight away, very friendly guy who seemed knowledgeable about the detail of which ribbons I needed mounting and said he could get it done in time for me. I completed the order on his website and he got the completed job to me within the week, just in time to sail. Very happy with the job and the service. Professional. I wish I could upload a photo.

Recently ordered two sets of ribbons, for two of us via the web site, I am not great at computers but managed this ok, using the ordering system. All very nicely done at reasonable prices, I heard about company via a recommendation, I too would recommended

Over the last few years I have purchased several full size medals and two lots of miniature medals, first lot my Dads 7 Second World War, second lot, my Grandads 3 First World War. I ordered these miniatures way back in October 2024 thinking that I would get them in time for Nov.11th. Unfortunately by the end of Nov. nothing had turned up, I got in touch with Chris at Monster Medals and let him know the problem, what a star, he apologised for the non delivery, these had been posted beginning of Nov. but somehow Royal Mail mislaid them. He told me that he would get a new set out immediately and he certainly did, arrived middle of December. Great service from a very good Company, I really think that they are a quality Company, honest and VERY trustworthy, one of the best .

Never received my order after nearly a month. Emailed to chase up and got told would be that weekend. Two weeks later and still nothing with no replies to email. Had to get refund through PayPal.

Order came as requested after an error on the order by myself ,it was changed no issue. Emails were answered quickly will use again

If I could give zero stars I would, so far 18 days and nothing but fobbed off or ignored and still no order. My advice if you need medals for a specific event and order in plenty of time especially when the item shows as in stock use another company. No medals, no refund and zero customer service

All orders arrived within a couple of days, and were very good quality, and well packaged.
When I needed help regarding medals, nothing was too much of a problem and they ensured I would be mounting my medals in the correct order.

I recently commissioned a replica medal from Monster Medals - it is one of the trickier ones to reproduce, the Maharajpoor Star. The quality is extremely good and certainly the best on the market. The communication with the company was exceptional. I would certainly recommend.

After years of my medals gathering dust in a draw in my bedroom I decided I should get the ribbons at least mounted on a bar. After searching online I found Monster Medals with prices that were way more competitive than other companies I found so I placed my order (a simple and straight forward process) but then realised I had requesting the ribbons were mounted in the incorrect order. I emailed Monster Medals immediately asking for the order to be amended and to my surprise (it was 8:30pm) got an reply straight away acknowledging this amendment and assuring me that they check the arrangement in any event to ensure it is correct.

A few days later Monster Medals emailed me to confirm the dispatch address as my PayPal account had somehow changed the formatting of my address but I was really pleased the Monster Medals took the time to check it.

My ribbon bar arrived today, well packaged and protected. The bar looks high quality and the ribbons look stunning. I am really pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this company. Their customer service has been great and very personal.
