I've been on a plan with Money Plus for a few years now and they have always been incredibly helpful. Sometimes there is a delay in responding to emails however any immediate problem can always be solved pretty quickly by calling them. One such occasion happened to me this week when I had a query about my balances and I was put through to Joshua P who was incredibly helpful, down to earth and gave me some really good advice. From my experience these guys are always trying to help you as their clients and not just trying to please the creditors. Hopefully I'll never need to use Money Plus again however I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services!

Whilst on the phone I spoke with Tony who ensured me I’m not the only one going through issues with debt, I was feeling anxious and over all unhappy with how much I borrowed and I was fearful about my future and the prospect of one day buying a house rather than renting for the rest of my life, I was made to see that with help I could over come this fear and I’m extremely happy to now be on a debt management plan, my mind is a lot clearer and I can look forward to the coming years without fear.
