The coat is not as advertised. Padding is virtually non existent, no section definition as shown in the photo. Item arrived in extremely tight packaging which makes the flimsy material they use look like a rag. Wasted £60 I would have got better quality from Primark!

The owner has a very foul mouth. She appeared to be a very nice young lady until she started to speak, I cannot take all the cursing, NOT someone I would do business with.

Heaven help you if you're a customer who holds different beliefs than she does because there's no limit to what she'll do. Going to these studios I expect peace and kindness. This owner is everything but that

If you're a conservative, she (the manager and owner) will cheer with glee in her heart if you're ended in front of your wife and small children.

It’s a cramped environment in the bad part of town with an unmotivated and lazy instructor. Would definitely NOT recommend.
