Super design...lovely build...sets our shower room to its absolute best...a quality product...delighted

Mirror came well packaged. Chose this one because we needed the shaver socket to be at the bottom whereas most are on the right hand side. Really pleased, has modernised our bathroom and love the demister which works really well.

Good quality. Looked at other mirrors very similar to this one. A lot more expensive. It’s British made, which I love. It arrived on the date we were told. So no problems what so ever. I would recommend the company and product.

Mirror was delayed twice by a week, so my fitter had left and finished, finally arrived after several emails and calls.

Apart from they're customer service chap Ronan who was brilliant, I wouldn't use again in a hurry, but mirror is great

There was a problem with my order (parcelforce lost one of the mirrors) but Ronan in customer service was incredibly helpful, speeded up the dispatch of another mirror for me and then had to send out a replacement for the one that went missing. He called regularly to update me with what was happening and made me feel like I was a valued customer. Definitely recommend ( and the mirrors are fab too)!

Delivery time was put back twice but at least they kept me Informed. Product is just what I wanted.

The mirror is lovely. Just as how I imagined it would be. It lights up the whole bathroom without the ceiling led lights on. Very good quality & looks great. Haven’t used the shaver socket yet. Sensor function is very good, my teenage kids are very impressed. So overall very happy with the product & will buy a smaller one for the en-suite which will be renovated in April.

So, got the battery-powered LED mirror and would have to say as a product, it’s great. All well packed, quick delivery, nice quality and works as it should.

However, the description specifically say that: “This product features: 8 x 1.5v AA Duracell batteries (included)..”

I checked twice – there were no batteries of any sort included in the box, therefore in order to use it, I had to go out and purchase 8 AA Duracell batteries. So happy with the product, but not happy at having to drive to the shops and pay an additional £7.00 for the batteries that should have been included. Messaged the business and after providing a receipt, was refunded for the batteries. No apology, no surprise that there weren't batteries included in the box and no offer of a few quid off to cover the 8 miles I had to drive to get batteries. So, in summary - product is great, customer service, less so.

The bulbs were exactly what I needed and seem to be good quality.

A lovely mirror which is great for applying make up (make sure you get the daylight bulbs). I ordered it late Friday afternoon and it arrived the following Monday. Definitely a great buy.

Purchased mirror in November and it was faulty 2 weeks later, contacted Modern Design in December and was told nobody was in Customer Support until January. Sent new mirror in January but that didnt work either. Now Customer Support is ignoring my letters emails and telephone calls. Now i am taking them and their sister company Illuminated Mirrors UK to the Small Claims Court.

Ridiculous and typical.
The owner replies that he has returned the Laptop I sent by mistake when it was his company that organised DPD to collect the same mirror TWICE in 5 days and collected the Laptop by mistake.
Three time the owner has personally told me he will resolve my situation
THE MAN IS A LIAR, BUY ELSEWHERE, there are plenty of other companies, I HAVE NOW FILED THE COURT PAPERS

Mirror received faulty, took a week to sort out issue. Arranged replacement for set date now been emailed to say won't be delivered now. Still trying to sort

Delivery was later than promised and no fixings on back of mirror meant that we had to return it and ask for replacement
