Got my jh500 today,arrived nice and early,i absolutely love it,Craig was brilliant, went through everything, lovely and pleasant,credit to greenpower,pleasure to go through everything with him.

Great service from start to finish.
The delivery driver was amazing, very helpful and patient.
The scooter is fabulous.

Was very impressed by the first contact with you so kind and curtios. Nothing was to much trouble and very patient. But when my delivery same on time , the driver called Rob was fantastic from initial hellos was so impressed.Nothing to much trouble for him he was a true gent, and would of been proud to of called him a friend. Such a good firm anyone thinking of buying a mobility scooter please use this firm

Very good, amazing delivery, the delivery driver was very nice and helpful, she carefully went through everything with my mom who the scooter was for, helped find the charging port, and helped mam understand the the controls of the new mobility scooter, stayed for a good 5 minutes to make sure everything was working, answered any questions me or my mam asked, and overall was just a very nice person, good attitude, didn’t sound rushed. She took her time and explained everything, didn’t leave until mam was comfortable with the scooter it’s self, thank you Stevie, 10/10 would recommend both the company and the delivery driver if you’re luckily enough to get her on delivery

Had my Scooter now for about 7 months delivered by Trevor who expertly showed me all about my scooter and I’am very pleased with my purchase, before i bought my scooter (Fastest in Grey with Silver Rims and Solid Tyres Lithium Battery upgrade and 3 years warranty)
I visited the offices and was able to test drive the scooter with the help of Dave,
I find the scooter very agile and easy to get around on and with the help of ramps I’am able to transport it around in my van, I’am really pleased and would definitely purchase from Green Power again,

I found my light weight scooter very easy to operate, it looked good and it was made up and ready to go when it was delivered.
It is easily folded down and put into the boot of my car, it has made shopping much more comfortable.

Your representative went that extra mile to show us how to use the scooter.
Very polite and courteous.
Very nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

Engineer Paul was very kind & helpful. Suggested I enrol for annual service contract. Please arrange for me to sign up and pay. Please give notice to Paul that I was very pleased with his professional support.

Paul was early for fixing my scooter was here for a few hours and fixed the issue wha polite and helpful

GP 500 60w 3 wheels v.g. lightweight and therefore feels more like 10mph.
Comfy scooter 60w smaller wheels, less comfy, feels smaller, you can feel most bumps on pavement, need to slow down around pot holes.
Bl800 48w lighter than comfy really good on flat surfaces , crap on hills, a bit lightweight at front, need to push down on front to keep upright otherwise its doing a wheelie,
JH500 60w (latest) this is a BIG scooter, smooth to ride, very good on bumpy surfaces, very good around pot holes. Feels chunky bit like a tank. Avoid taking into shops as cornering is poor. Negative would be smaller seat means nowhere to put walking stick/crutches even though it comes with a stick on holder to attach a stick there is nowhere for it to go. With shorter seat you can't even put your backpack over the back of the seat.

I have mobility scooter arrived looking very nice in black. I was showm all round the scooter l got all the paper work the two men that showed me round were great there names are. Rob & Craig 10 out 10 I would highly Recommend thankyou.

Craig was very helpful and explained clearly everything i had asked. Even went on to show things he thought i might find useful. Managed to repair breaks and would not leave until i was satisfied i had all information.
