Mobility Furniture will not sell you anything unless you have a home demonstration. As we know these are always a hard sell, whatever they may say. We want to buy two adjustable beds and liked the fact that this company offered made to order beds with a good range of sizes. We have seen lots of adjustable beds in showrooms so we know how they work - we just wanted to be able to choose the size, material and mattress but they refused to arrange for someone to call to place our order unless we had a home demonstration. Surprising that they can afford to turn down orders of up to around £4,000 in todays market. Luckily there are many companies selling adjustable beds so we will be able to place our order elsewhere.

Thank you for your reply. We did want someone to come to the house, but we just wanted to choose the bed size, material and mattress - we knew what we wanted, we have tried out lots of adjustable beds in showrooms, so we didn't need a demonstration. We have found a company who listens to the customers requirements and they are visiting on Thursday and we expect to be able to order our two beds.

Paid thousands for a divan bed. Not even the bed we ordere. Useless for a woman in her 90s with arthritis. Customer care non-existant. Cowboys.

The service is excellent with the customers needs as their priority. The recent purchase of an adjustable bed has made such a difference, i am beginning to wonder how i managed without it. Thank you so much.

My 90 year old mother in law and my brother in law (recovering from a liver transplant) were sold 2 ‘bespoke’ chairs for £6000. They were not measured or weighed, so how they were bespoke is anyone’s guess, apart from the fact that they do not have to give a full refund if a bespoke order is cancelled. The order for the chairs was made on 14/8 and on 17/8 my in laws received a letter detailing the order and asking them to check them ahead of manufacture. They decided to cancel the order and they are not entitled to a full refund because the order is bespoke. Three months later and with the aid of a solicitor they have finally got the balance of their money refunded. The stress this has caused two fragile people is disgraceful. This week the salesman telephoned to see if they are enjoying their new chairs?

The Service, politeness and professionalism of this Company is to be recommended.The delivery staff performed a good efficient Job.
Very pleased with the Bed which makes it easier for my wife to get out of. The only complaint I have is the controls , could do with a device to hook them near to the bed so they don't get knocked to the floor.

Lead astray by promises of sofa that didnt exist and product very very expensive.
The non production of a price list leads one to doubt all the supposed discounts etc with the salesman just plucking a figure apparently out of mid air.
Chair very comfortable but not worth that much money

The company was easy to communicate with, good customer service, kept in touch at all times , delivery men quick, efficient ,took all wrapping away.

It's been a very long time since I've been quite so comfortable. Can now spend all day in the chair - if I was able to find the time!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a bad time from them I brought a rise and recline chair which failed in a short time they sent a fitter out who in my feeling did a bad job of fixing it by putting cheap sponge between the spring and base of the chair when I complained about it they took the chair back for repair it failed with in six weeks then the gave me the run around saying because it was ok when it was returned it was o k but after a fight I am stuck with it and can do nothing about it. I would not recommend them at all

Having bought 2 chairs, around £6k we found that one was fine. The more robust chair for my wife was a disaster. The seat was very hard and unyielding, the measurements were incorrect. I asked for it to be made good and was told I would have to pay for the work. I declined. The chair they loaned us was really bad, heavy and very uncomfortable. The chair we bought has now been returned, not much better than it was originally. They made me sign a "contract" to say that any further repairs would be at my expense. Obviously they knew that the work they did was unacceptable. Bespoke is not the word I would use. Shoddy would be better.

Their agent made an appointment arrived on time, was very helpful and informative. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I made my choice it arrived on time exactly as I ordered. Their delivery guys were helpful took all the packing away placed the chair exactly where I wanted it. Perfect

I appreciated the service provided. My mother is house bound and so to have the salesman come to her with a large choice of colours for the recliners was fantastic. Measuring her for the chair was also done in her home.

When chairs were put together there were no pre drilled holes so fitters had to use self tapping screws and said that this is always happening.
I was promised good quality and workmanship
But the armchairs are already starting to come apart.I would like someone to come back in August to fix this.

my new bed was very small only 6 inches wider than a single and very
expensive for its size I order the softest matteress but it is so hard
that I am only getting about 3 hours sleep and when I wake up I ache all over and can not walk properly for awile. at 85 it is the biggest mistake
I have ever made. I think I will never get a good nights sleep again
