Purchased a refurbed iPhone 14 (ordered from BackMarket, but supplied by MobileReborn).
Phone arrived from Mobile Reborn quickly and really securely packaged. Had a couple of questions so messaged Customer Service. Absolutely delighted with the service received and the prompt replies from the team (including from Tom and Chloe) that answered all my questions.
It’s my first purchase of a refurb phone, but would happily buy refurb again. Delighted with the phone. And really happy with the overall service from Mobile Reborn and would happily buy from them again.

Overall poor customer service.
Overall terribly poor service dealing with our return. Took weeks to get a return sorted and then weeks to put a refund through. Poor experience.
Only saving grace was a gentleman named Tom who we dealt with a few times. Was always very apologetic and seemed to try his hardest to help us get our refund sorted when the rest of the company was failing.
