A seized mains stop tap was replaced for us by Matthew. He came out quickly and did a nice, neat and tidy job for a fair price. He is a friendly, polite guy and a pleasure to deal with. Eight years ago he fitted a superb fully-tiled bathroom for us. Everything was replaced from floor to ceiling. Today it still looks like new, and no problems with it since it was fitted. Work that has stood the test of time.

Matt has been brilliant. Installed a new boiler for me at quite short notice and took such great care to do the job to a very high standard. Worked around some setbacks and honoured the original quote even when the job took a bit longer. Excellent and friendly service. Highly recommended! Thanks Matt!

After being let down by 2 other plumbers, matt had a look at what was wrong with water tank and managed to get me up and running with hot water for the time being until he gets the part for a full repair, rather than just leaving it until he all the parts. Very friendly and professional

Matt has done a great job installing a new boiler. He and Alfie went out of their way to remove some roof sheeting to access the outside flue and reinstated the roof sheeting with additional fixings because some old ones had failed. Could not fault their professionism and good communication with the tenant and me

Great service from Matt. My elderly parents toilet flush had broken. We called Matt & the call went to voicemail. He bothered to send me a text apologising for missing the call as he was already on a job. He advised he would call me in 30 minutes to see if he could help. He came later that day and managed to fix the problem much to put relief. He was very professional & very considerate to my parents who are particularly anxious since covid. We will be booking an appointment for him to come & service their boiler also. Thanks again Matt

Matt is SUPERB! Replaced a problem boiler at one of my rental properties. After 15 years it finally proved to be an uneconomic repair. New Ideal boiler fitted with 10 year warranty. Good price but what really impressed me was Matt’s attention to detail and highly skilled fitting. Neat work, tidy joints and obvious pride in the job.

We have just had a new combi boiler fitted to replace a 20 year old system boiler.
We had several quotes and M J Burrells (Matt) was very competitively priced,price was not the deciding factor as he was highly recommended by my relatives who have Matt for their own home and rented accommodation.
Matt is a very professional and friendly person and also likes dogs as our puppy was very helpful in handing tools.
Matt turned up on time and we talked through pipe layout to accommodate appliances etc.
All work was spot on and he was very clean and tidy in his work and all old boiler,tanks and pipe work were removed from site.
Heating circuit was flushed and had water treatment and boiler commissioned to manufacturers and safety specifications.
Everything done as we wanted with no fuss and on time.
