I live in U.S. I put order in over the weekend. On Monday morning I got a notification that they had filled it and sent it out DHL. I did order enough to waive the delivery fee but 3 days in transit was amazing. And for some reason there was no tariff added. I am beyond thrilled at the service and of course I love the product. I have been ordering from them for years.

Helpful staff and fantastic range.
I have been a Minimum world customer for a long time now. There is so much to choose from and the quality is excellent. Questions are answered very quickly and the staff are fantastic and helpful. The speed with which they sent out the orders is second to none. I received a message yesterday saying my order had been sent and low and behold much to my delight It turned up today. Included in my latest order was the tray of ten pumpkins and it is absolutely adorable. This company really goes out of its way to look after it's customers, customer service is clearly very important to them.

Superb customer service
I recently bought a dolls house kit from Minimum world and when it arrived I noticed some parts were broken or missing. I contacted customer services and they were brilliant, they organised the replacement parts and e-mailed shortly afterwards to make sure I received them. I use this company all the time for my miniatures and everything is always superb.

I have just received my second order…
I have just received my second order from Minimum World and as I have now tested the lights that I ordered I can leave a review of their products.
Firstly ordering was very simple (made use of 20%valentine discount on second order).
Delivery was very prompt (2 days) and arrived by Royal Mail. Everything was packaged Very well and you could see care was taken.
The cost of items were very competitive. I did order quite a lot which was discounted.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who likes to order locally,I particularly loved the Idea that they also support small artisan businesses close by.
