Rob came and gave me a very thorough run through on the work needed and the whole order & quote experience was exceptional. Midland Central Heating really pulled out all the stops for my disabled client when his heating failed. They visited on the Friday and installed the new boiler on the Saturday. We can't fault them for their friendly first class service. They have gone above and beyond having identified a further fault they are on the case helping to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend them.

We recently had a new Worcester Bosch boiler and Hive thermostat controlled radiators installed by Midland Central heating. The girls in the office are a credit very polite and professional and quickly organised a site visit by Rob & kept us updated throughout!! He shows a real passion for his job and took his time explaining how he best thought the install should go and put us at ease.. The job was completed in the agreed time by the fitters Chris & Mike who are both really knowledgeable and made a top job of installing the boiler in a different location and great job of plumbing in new radiators even finishing off on the roof in the snow !! Mike is also a great bricklayer as you can’t see where he’s bricked up the hole where the old boiler was located!!
Rob the electrician they use is also a real credit .. very professional and clean worker!!
As with a jobs of this kind we have a little glitch but Rob has explained what he believes this to be and they have reassured us this will be resolved.. The after care is second to none!!

From initial contact with Midland Central Heating the girls in the office are very efficient and on the ball,Rob upon meeting for our survey shows a clear passion for his job and the running of a very good business on the day of fitting Chris and Mikey did a superb job with attention to detail being exceptional therefore very pleased and satisfied dealing with a company that are competitive and offer a good after service to go with the Worcester Bosch 12 year guarantee so I would indeed highly recommend them.

Not cheap, but done on time, very helpful, right first time and still working well after five months. If I had to find fault it would be very minor issues of tidiness.

After frustration overload with my previous boiler installation, less than 10 years old, I decided on a new, more reliable heat source, and from a recommended (my daughter) supplier in MCH.

The quote process, agreement and installation date all ran smoothly. Excellent job by the engineers, just a couple of minor glitches that were speedily and satisfactorily resolved.

All in all, well recommended, by two family members now.
