I am writing this review after almost 2 years of using their bags. I had purchased 3 bags and a free bag tag as an order on the site.
1. Poor delivery and communication - I had originally placed an order in October 2024 which I didnt receive any information about until I sent a follow up email. I was then told my bag was lost in transit, and was offered a free bag as well.
I responded to that email, also with the choice of the free bag, with no response. following which I sent another 2 emails - one in october and one in december, to which I again had no response. In the course of this time, I received the bags I ordered one after another after each email (with no reply). I have not received any of the free gifts that was promised.
2. Poor quality - I have used 2 of products for almost 2 years (2024 - 2026), the ilana top handle intermittently and the wharf tote daily for work. The Ilana top handle is small and I don't carry much when I am carrying it, however the long strap always breaks while I'm using it - the buckle mechanism doesnt hold well. Hence I have to keep reattaching it throughout the day. The inner lining on the wharf tote is peeling off the leather, and the gold coating on the hardware is also chipping off.

The packaging was slightly crushed, but fortunately the item inside was safe and unharmed. That is my one little issue. Overall, the service was good.

I have ordered the bag on 10 april 2026 but have no reply or receive the product until now (26 april 2026). I wonder if it is processed. I have sent a few enquiry emails but no reply yet. Please kindly follow up, the order number is #3784 to HK. I will consider a refund it there is no product received in one month time.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My order (#3703), which included 3 bags, was placed on 1 January 2026 as a New Year gift for myself. I received the items on 19 January 2026 and immediately noticed the quality was very poor, so I requested a return and full refund. The bags were returned on 14 February 2026, but to this day I have not received my refund.
I have sent multiple emails asking for updates, yet I have received no response for over two months. The complete lack of communication and support has left me feeling frustrated, misled, and deeply regretful about choosing this company. I no longer trust this business and would not recommend it to anyone.
My order made on 14 Feb 2026, missing order until email to check status on 24 Feb, immediately replied I got on 25 Feb for missing order and will be ready to receive on 02 Mar but no deliver notification. Further check which my order bag on hold customs clearance then the Premium Leather Bags team asked local warehouse to send me another model item as a complimentary gift pink bag to use as a birthday gift however it was sent in BLACK color which totally a waste for me on 04 March 2026. After that, kept checking my order PINK bag which was told out of stock and needed to wait 2 weeks to re-stock and admitted to update the shipping status of cause nothing to update which means this company not handling the complaint seriously and not care the repetition in the market whatever the bag quality is good but the customer service and after sales service is poor enough without systemic follow up.
I checked again by email on 17 March 2026,and got replied the bag was re-stock and will receive in next week of cause nothing again and no tracking no. provided. My order record was completed by the complimentary bag delivery on 04 March but my order item never arrived, then I email on 27, 28, 31 March all no feedback and I still not receive the news today that I not only contact by email but though website.
This brought me totally disappointed and poor purchasing experience.
I initially requested a refund due to two clear issues: wrong colour of the bag I ordered, and the packaging was severely damaged upon arrival. However, the main issue afterward was not the refund itself, but the lack of consistency and reliability regarding the promised refund timeline. A specific process and timeframe were confirmed in writing, yet repeatedly missed without clear explanation.
I also spent a significant amount of time repeatedly following up to confirm whether my emails had been received. However, internal responses were slow, inconsistent, and poorly coordinated, which made the entire experience extremely frustrating.
Due to the ongoing delays, I also prepared to submit a credit card dispute and related documentation to protect my payment. Only after escalation did the refund finally go through.
While the matter is now closed, the overall handling has significantly damaged my trust in the brand. I would advise future customers to proceed with caution.

I placed this order on December 30. The merchant later provided a tracking number, asserting that the goods had been shipped and delivered to me.
Upon verification with the logistics provider, it has been confirmed that the shipment referenced by this tracking number was delivered to a different recipient. The name, phone number, and delivery address do not correspond to mine in any way.
I have requested that the merchant provide verifiable proof of delivery, such as a signed delivery receipt showing my information. As of now, no such evidence has been provided. Given these facts, I have contacted my credit card issuer to initiate a transaction investigation and dispute.

I placed an order for two handbags on 27 September and completed payment the same day. The site promises standard shipping in 2–5 working days, but as of 3 October I still have not received any delivery updates.
In my account, the status shows one item as “dispatched” and the other as “preparing,” but nothing has actually been delivered. I emailed customer service asking for clarification and a delivery date but have not received a reply.
At this point, I am left with no option but to write this review in the hope that Mi Bolsa takes action. Will wait until next week to raise the issue with the bank and dispute the transaction. To the Mi Bolsa team — if you are reading this, please address your order dispatch delays and communication issues urgently. Customers deserve timely delivery and proper updates.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.Ordered a bag a month ago and haven’t received it. Asked for a refund 3 times and each time they tell me it’s been sent when it clearly hasn’t and they give unreasonable excuses as to why I haven’t received it.
They have refused to give me a refund each time I’ve asked . In the process of reporting them to the relevant authorities and would urge everyone who’s been scammed by them to do the same.

Is this company a scam? I placed my order 2 weeks ago and 10 business days have passed, yet there is no update on my order. I emailed them multiple times, replied super slow 2 times, and now no more response at all when it has been more than 10 business days since I placed my order. I want my money back if they don't dispatch my order soon and I again emailed them on this request. I am left with no other option to get help but write a bad review on them here. Mi Bolsa team, if you are seeing this review here, I hope you and your team act on your order dispatch issues and delays immediately and tend to your customers better.

To follow up on my review few days ago. I again emailed the company with a screenshot of my review urgening them to take action immediately but did not receive any response as seen to be their standard practice. I called my bank after waiting for two days and have raised a transaction dispute.
I would never recommend this company. Purchasing something should be a pleasant experience not an ongoing battle and anxiety.

My mum has had the same experience. She bought me a bag 5 weeks ago for my birthday and it hasn’t arrived and no one has replied to her 3 emails. I’ll also be raising the issue with her bank too. So disappointing.

I sent three emails plus social media messages and the company ignored every single one. I am now having to raise with the credit card company.

I do not recommend, if you do not care when would you receive your purchase. I still don't know if this company legit since it's been two weeks trying to communicate with this company at least 5 times, even through PayPal to send me my tracking number but not once been responded.

I DONT RECOMMEND. I have ordered apricot color of Eden bag yet was sent a black one. I received it a few weeks after ordering, and quickly contacted mibolsa asking to have it exchanged per the order. It seems they had some glitch as the order on their side showed two colors - apricot and black, but instead of asking me first to clarify which one I wanted they just sent a black one. Once I contacted them, I was advised a few days later, they would send correct one to me within a few days once they received new delivery. I have been very patient but have not received the correct bag till today and now they are unresponsive.
Update 12th Feb 2026 - I still have not received apricot bag nor confirmation with tracking link that it was ever sent to me back in Aug. The company stopped responding to me then (i was contacting inforATmibolsalondoncom as there were no other contact means, no ph# listed)

After 3 weeks of waiting I received the wrong color because the colour I ordered was not in stock. I am now trying to get a refund from them, it's been two weeks, they are just not responding to my emails. There's no phone number to call them. I will be asking Citizens Advice to help me find a way forward.
Update 26 July - still no response from them
