The staff was attentive but not pushy. Julia was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the owners was there as well. He was also very friendly and helpful. Great lighting in store, beautiful and vast options with varying price points. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a gown on 8/27, which was supposed to be shipped from your store in TX. Have yet to receive it or hear back from anyone. The wedding is on 9/23 in Italy, so too late now. I want a refund!

The sales associates weren't genuine, every dress looked amazing, and every dress I tried on "just came in this week" (obviously not true). The alterations were extremely expensive. I asked around about pricing after I already agreed and it feels like I was taken advantage of. I picked up the dress the hem was perfect but the straps were made too tight and now cut into my skin and look awkward. I won't be going back.

Terrible customer service. Bought a dress online on sale for my daughter and didn’t see the fine print that said that sale items were excluded from the 10 day return. Typically online stores will note “FINAL SALE” on the item. I tried to contact customer service. Multiple times. Left messages and emails and tried calling several times but couldn’t get anyone to respond to me. When they finally did, they were extremely unhelpful. Wouldn’t make any exceptions or even offer an alternative. Now I am stuck with a $300 dress that doesn’t fit my daughter. Beware! They are very stringent and unaccommodating. I am fully aware that they do not need to, but most stores would offer better customer service and on occasion make an exception. Very disappointed and will never purchase from them again!

I have never had an experience where the owner is so hands on, so accommodating, and so passionate about making young women feel confident. I will support this business for him alone. He is a rarity in this world and as a business owner.

Purchased a dress based on size chart and fit too small. They are not willing to exchange based on “return policy” when I was not asking for a return but an exchange. Very dissatisfied with customer service. Do not recommend and will not make any future purchases.
