Return policy is not great, make sure you read fine print if you may need to return. Had to return a $400 dress, which was nice but looked a little different in person, had to pay to return dress ($75) & they took 10% ($40) of entire purchase & I still have not been reimbursed & they received dress back 4 days ago. Otherwise pretty dress sent in a nice bag, but returning was not pleasant.

Every single employee in that store is super helpful and accommodating. A true blessing. Thank you all!

Outstanding customer service! They helped us find a beautiful prom dress that was the right style and price. They ordered the size and color we needed, and it only took a couple of days to get it. We will definitely shop here again for future dresses.

The dress is absolutely perfect!

However, when we took the dress out of the packaging it was completely wrinkled.. I felt like it was just thrown in the bag.. very disappointed. Need to take to the cleaners to be pressed.

After getting my dress a month and a half after the estimated ship date, I received the wrong dress just 3 weeks before my wedding. Since getting the wrong dress I’ve attempted to call, email, and support chat with the company to solve the problem and have gotten no assistance. I would not recommend them as an online store.

According to the size guide I ordered a X-Large to fit my hips 41”. I was concerned about the waist since I’m 2 month’s postpartum but it was comfortable. the sizing guide for the waist was off.

We came in two different dates to help friends choose their prom dresses. They had every dress that we saw online but 1 in store in multiple sizes. Probably 15 dresses plus so many other beautiful choices. Julia was attentive and helpful in finding just what the girls wanted. The price of all 3 dresses purchased were priced amazingly well. The quality of the fabrics were so much more than many other shops. We loved their personal Rene' label. Will be shopping here again. The new larger Dallas location is roomy and beautiful. Bonus for good food and other every day shopping nearby. The girls were a bit overwhelmed thinking about the task of choosing their dress.Thank you again for making the experience great for 3 young ladies who left feeling confident and relieved. Highly recommend.

My daughter was able to find some great prom dress options at affordable prices. They had styles that she liked and looked good in. Really nice boutique.

I keep getting emails to review Mia Bella Couture so here it goes. One of the most annoying experiences of my life.

-For starters, the sizing chart is WAYYYY off. You get to play a guessing game when ordering because I ordered larger than my measurements on the chart and the dress still didn’t fit.
-The breast cups in a size 24 should fit those of a woman with a size 24 breast (please note that I am a 14-16 almost EVERYWHERE else), but these are suited for an A cup.
-The return/exchange policy is atrocious. You have to pay to ship the dress back ($25.00) within 5 days, and then also pay to ship out another size to you. Be careful when purchasing as you can only receive a gift card or pay a 10% restocking fee for a refund. If you use a coupon for a dress and need to exchange it for a different size, you pay FULL price plus shipping for the same dress in a different size, I ended up paying $75.00 more the second time ordering the SAME DRESS in a different size.
-When attempting to ship my first size back, FedEX attempted to deliver the dress TWICE and I received failed delivery notifications. When I reached out to Mia Bella about it, nobody responded (still waiting for a response). Thankfully on the final delivery attempt someone received it.

I would strongly advise that you purchase literally anywhere other than Mia Bella. Not to mention that most of these dresses are sold elsewhere anyway. If they didn’t charge 10% for a refund I would have purchased the same dress from a different website.

Dress was too big and could fit someone 50 pounds heavier despite it being a size small it was reallyyy long even with 4 inch heels it was still dragging across the floor and it’s not flattering at all. and I cant return it because it was on sale even though I paid over $100 for it.
